I'm trying to make a captcha system that isn't the same as all the others using ASCII art text. Similar to what can be found here.
Does anyone know of a library which can generate something similar?
The ASCII generator you linked to use the figlet program on the commandline, for example with shell_exec. Figlet can be installed on most Unix machines (and is in the package repository for some GNU/Linux distributions, for example in Debian and Ubuntu).
You might have a look at Zend_Captcha - it has an ASCII (through figlet) adapter.

I searching for a php code of the "stable marriage problem" for a project that I'm writing...
I once wrote the code in java but now I need it for a php project.
I got the extension from GitHub but I don't really know what to do with it. I don't know if its a php file or something else.
thank you!
The link you provided in the comments does not contain a PHP file/library. It appears to be a Haskell library. This should point you in the right direction: https://www.leaseweb.com/labs/2013/04/stable-marriage-problem-in-php/

Just curious to know is there any document utility available in PHP which can perform something like docutils in python ?
A libary which can be very user friendly in terms of converting restructured text into HTML ?
phpDocumentor is quite outdated. Have a look at DocBlox (Github Repository) or DocBlox-project.org
edit:
docblox merged with phpdocumentor and they now maintain phpdocumentor 2.
links that take you directly to the project:
phpdoc.org
github repo
Try phpDocumentor.

We are building a LAMP application that also needs to generate loads of complex PDF reports.
I'm looking for a library that runs on our Debian server and allows us to generate these reports.
The language isn't of great importance (java, python, php, perl, ...) as long as it's stable, flexible and supports Unicode. LTR and RTL writing systems are mandatory and if chinese is also supported it would be totally awsome.
I've already found ReportLab which looks promising, any other suggestions?
JasperReports is a good bet for generating reports using Java.

I am trying to create graphical representations of existing code. I have tried to use VS.PHP (with Visual Studios 2010) but cant seem to generate class diagrams from this.
I have tried to use Pear's PHP UML package which has produced a lot of JavaDoc style documentation and an XMI document. From what I have read, this can be used to create class diagrams? If so, how?
Are there other "easier" alternatives?
Thanks in advance
You can use Enterprise Architect. It has an option to reverse engineer your code.

I would like to know if anyone knows about any program similar to WAMP Server; all-in-one containing PHP, MySQL, Apache?
I am targeting Windows OS.
Viewing the different WAMP distributions as packages of 3 separate applications and foundations to download different versions and plugins for those packages, you might also try Microsoft's Web Platform Installer.
I've been using Xampp for a while, it's free and works like a charm: https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html
