As we can see here : How to integrate Zend 2 intto netbean, today there is no way to use ZF2 in neatbean.
I'm still not very friendly with php IDEs but I'm searching for a free IDE natively supporting ZF2.
Eclipse PDT works, but you have to download Eclipse Juno
then in Eclipse install new Software and select PDT 3.1.1
Older version available on www.zend.com/en/community/pdt didn't work for me.

I am new to develop in php using Netbeans IDE. I use NetBeans 8.0 version. I want to develop a project using Codeigniter framework. But still I was unable to find a way to start a project with Codeigniter template.
When I'm creating a new project, Netbeans ask me to use number of php frameworks such as Symfony, Nette2, Zend2, Doctrine & etc. But there are no anything as Codeigniter.
I tried lots of solutions in stackoverflow. but some of them are for older netbeans versions and others are not working for me.
I downloaded the netbeans CI plugin from https://github.com/nbphpcouncil/nb-ci-plugin/releases
When I was try to install that plugin, NetBeans says that it needs some more plugins to be installed.
How to integrate Codeigniter framework to the NetBeans 8.0..?
Thanks in advance..
I'm using NetBeans 8.2 Patch 2 (Full IDE). I installed both NBM files from the link, that you paste and everything was fine. You need NetBeans with PHP support, if you not want the full IDE. So after installing the 2 nbm files, I can choose the codeigniter framework at the new PHP project wizard.

As you can see in this photo I have problems with eclipse while programming with laravel framework. The problem is eclipse is looking for php5.3 code but laravel and my local server uses php5.6. So how can i upgrade my eclipse for Php5.6?
This is a Juno version released 2012. I would suggest upgrading to a more recent version that support latest PHP versions. Try the latest official release Luna Eclipse ver. 4.4.
Follow the instructions here: https://wiki.eclipse.org/FAQ_How_do_I_upgrade_Eclipse%3F
or here: https://wiki.eclipse.org/FAQ_How_do_I_upgrade_Eclipse%3F
Isn't eclipse dead already?
Everyone now uses PhpStorm (a fantastic IDE), or NetBeans if you don't wish to pay for the licence.
I am looking for a guidline for step by step configuration Eclipse with PHPcloud. phpcloud have got a quick start guideline covering zend studio, Netbeans and PHP storm.
I am using Eclipse for PHP Developers , Version: 3.0.2
PHPcould: https://my.phpcloud.com
I'm using netbeans and i need to use zend debugger because it can support multi hosts and not like xdebug that supports only one user at a time.
I'm looking for a php ide that can support sftp, zend deubbger and can communicate with the microsoft team server, preferably supports css xfire and i need it to be free.
has anyone familiarised with such an IDE?
if not, then how do i add support for zend debugger and team server in netbeans?
Thanks
I'm usind zend debugger with Eclipse PDT http://www.eclipse.org/pdt/ and it works fine.
You can use SCP,SFTP too in Eclipse and a plugin for Microsoft Team Server is available too.
I would like to use an IDE for PHP Development using Zend framework & jQuery. I decided to use Aptana Studio. There is no PHP support in [Studio 2][2], so I have to use Eclipse PDT.
My question is should I install Eclipse PDT first and the use Aptana as plugin? or install Aptana Studio and then install Eclipse PDT as a plugin? What are pros & cons of each method if any?
Install the Eclipse PDT first & use Aptana Studio as a plugin. You will benefit immensely from this, as there is very good support of auto-information for each & every method & class / object, along with its properties. One thing you need to take care is that you must need to create a Project for each & every work / project, otherwise it (support for auto-information feature) will not work, because Eclipse will search for the main definitions of classes.
This good information support is not that much prevalent in Aptana Studio if you install it. So it's best to use it as a plugin with Eclipse PDT.
Also you will be able to upload files & use the File Manager with Eclipse PDT, when you have installed the Aptana Studio as a plugin. Eclipse PDT also has a nice debugging feature, along with other useful features (which I've not yet used).
Hope it helps.
here a step by step tutorial to install Eclipse PHP with aptana plugin or aptana studio with pdt plugin:
http://aptanaandpdt.blogspot.com
1 - Eclipse
2 - Aptana as plugin
As Aptana2 did not support php .... i thick will be better to use it as plugin
Aptana 3.0, still in beta, has support for PHP too (and Ruby on Rails and Python) http://aptana.org/products/studio3
No more in beta stage. 3.6.1 is available.
