Well, I've a html upload form which handle by Php.
Following is my php upload script :

Now I'm trying to upload same image to Another website folder. Like : www.mysitename/folder/finalfolder. in the same time with Php.
Is there any way to upload it another website ?
The other server will need a script to handle the request. You can then POST that data to the other server's script using a CURL request. (See the link posted by #Andrey Volk)
Or, as suggested here: FTP will work too, if you have that level of access to the server.

I am trying to generate a thumbnail of the PDF I upload in laravel the thumbnail should be the first page of the PDF. Right now I am manually uploading an image to make the thumbnail like this:

This can be tedious while entering many data I want to generate thumbnail automatically. I searched many answers but I am not able to find laravel specific. I tried to use ImageMagic and Ghost script but I couldn't find a solution and proper role to implement.

You can use spatie/pdf-to-image to parse the first page as image when file is uploaded and store it in your storage and save the link in your database.
First you need to have php-imagick and ghostscript installed and configured. For issues with ghostscript installation you can refer this. Then add the package composer require spatie/pdf-to-image.
As per your code sample:

I am working on a website of a client for which I didn't write the code. I have troubles making files downloadable.
It is about a subdomain where users can download course files.
The website files are contained in the folder "courses" (on the root level).
The file for displaying the downloadable course files is contained in
"courses/displayfiles.php".
The downloadable files are contained in a folder in "courses/downloadfolder". Inside this folder, each user has his own
files folder which as its name has the user id.
displayfiles.php: The following code successfully displays all files that can be downloaded by the logged-in user:

So what does not work about this code: When a user clicks on a file, I get a "404 Not Found" message that the file was not found. How can this be?
Why does displaying the files totally works fine, but at the same time I get a 404 error when clicking a file? The files path ($path) must be correct, or not? What further investigations do I need to take in order to solve this problem?

I decided to modify the files loop as followed (changing the href):

You have to look where the webroot of your page is, where the php file generating the list is located and wherer the files are.
Your generated link is relative to the php file generating the link, which might not be corresponding to the URL in the browser. I'd try to make this link relative to the webroot (note the leading slash!)

If that guessed solution doesn't work please provide the current URL of the page where this links are generated and one generated link, so we can help you better.
I am using CodeIgniter,
When I click submit I get redirected to a control which makes a photo album.
When that's done I need to create a map in images/albums/ so I can add photo's in there later on.

Try using
$path = realpath(APPPATH . 'images/albums/'. $albums->Album_en);
instead of
$path = base_url() . APPPATH . 'images/albums/'. $albums->Album_en;
The base_url() is irrelevant as mkdir asks for the directory path(ABSOLUTE PATH)
I am developing a system where the user may upload up to four photos. If the user does not upload a photo I would like that the follow text will be displayed: 'empty'.
I have prepared the below code however I didn't managed :/ The problem is that when an image is uploaded it still prints 'empty' and the uploaded image does not show up.

TLDR: The file you're checking for doesn't exist. Fix your path.
Detail:
You're trying to use the same path for both your HTML <img> as well as the PHP file_exists() check.
The problem is, that the HTML image is looking for a file via the user's browser, where the file_exists() method is looking for the file via your server. The two paths are very rarely the same.
Try using a correct path in your PHP's file_exists() method, and it should pass the check.
For example:

I'm trying to copy my uploaded file to another directory called img folder with following code. But it doesn't work properly. I don't know why ? can you help me plz ?

Following error message show:
Warning: copy(249.jpg) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in...
The copy() function needs the full file path for the source file; you're just passing the filename, not the path.
As things stand, it's looking in the current folder for the file, not finding it, and throwing the error as a result.
From the previous line of code, it looks like your full path should be $path . DS . $uploadImage, so the copy command should look like this:
copy($path . DS . $uploadImage, $path2);

Your copy function is wrong...
copy($uploadImage, $path2);
As Spudley answer says, you have to use the full path of the image. Also, $path2 is a directory. You have to give a name for the new copy of the image.
So, your copy function would be as follows:
copy($path . DS . $uploadImage, $path2. DS . $uploadImage);
