I am getting repettative domain name in my URL
http://foo.example.com/foo.example.com/dashboard

My desired output is http://foo.example.com/dashboard, does anyone see my mistake?

Htaccess Directive to Show Content of Other Page Pattern URLS

I have the following page patterns:
mydomain.com/?myquery=34
mydomain.com/?myquery=38
mydomain.com/?myquery=42
Which I would like to access the content via:
mydomain.com/myquery/34
mydomain.com/myquery/38
mydomain.com/myquery/42
So when a user gets for example mydomain.com/myquery/34 (this page does not exist), he sees the content of mydomain.com/?myquery=34 (this page exists).

Trailing slash at end of URL wordpress

Dears,
I want to add / at the end of each url of site, below is what i found online, it works good, but in wp-admin it gives me wp-admin/index.php/index.php/. Like everytime i click on dashboard it will add /index.php/

how to get rid of /index at end

I am using PHP codeigniter and chriskacerguis/codeigniter-restserver.
In log file I am seeing 404. because some how /index is getting append at end.
correct url is api/CurrentYear
DEBUG - 2016-02-02 02:14:48 --> UTF-8 Support Enabled
DEBUG - 2016-02-02 02:14:48 --> Global POST, GET and COOKIE data sanitized
ERROR - 2016-02-02 02:14:48 --> 404 Page Not Found: api/CurrentYear/index
Can anyone give me clue why /index is getting append at end or any solution.

404 error not work for /%post_id%/%postname%.html

i use /%post_id%/%postname%.html in my wordpress permalink.
404 eror dont work for this permalink if post or page not exist.
but for another link 404 work good.

Server 500 error - moved app in subfolder

I developed an application in a subfolder of my website and it worked fine.

This file was working fine so and index.php was not required to navigate within the application. Now I moved the application to root of website and changes the last line to
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php/$1 [L]
Now I have start getting Internal Server Error 500. I am not sure that it is something I have done or the .htacces is required to be configured differently. It might be an issue with host too, but I want to exhaust my options first.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
