I am executing a PHP script through CURL which returns a PNG file as an output. How can I show the png file in a php web page?

First of all, why do you need to fetch a PNG through CURL? There's better ways to get a image from server, for example using the <img /> tag..
Anyways, I assume you are getting the binary data in a variable, you can output the image by setting appropriate headers and echoing the data:
header('Content-type: image/png');
echo $image;
as you are receiving the string representing the png and if that is base64 encoded then you can embed directly on the image tag as follows:
<img src="data:image/png;base64,aAbBcCdDeEfFgGhH..." />
where aAbBcCdDeEfFgGhH... would be the image string.

Is it possible to create a temp file server side for viewing an image?
I've some images & they're displayed from server but I want to have them watermarked... Found out about the Imagick Class, used composite... It can be viewed when sent as header but I need it somehow visible for the tag.
I don't want to uses 'write image' & create a new image from the composited image. I'm trying to use it as client Side thing (I'm not familiar with JS... Yes, I'll look into it but need an alternative till then).
Another alternative that I'm aware of is I should control that WHILE uploading the images but I've already uploaded quite a few so...
Any help appreciated!
Have you tried using the function that generates your image as a src attribute for the <img /> tag?
I don't know exactly how your code is, but I am thinking the end result could be something like:
<img src="data:image/jpeg;base64,<?php echo base64_encode($image_headers); ?>">
You basically output the headers inside the image src as a base64 encoded string.
What you should keep in mind is that you should adjust the image/jpeg type to the corresponding type of your image.
For example:
For JPG, JPEG files it would be image/jpeg
For PNG files it would be image/png
For WEBP files it would be image/webp
And of course the encoded string should be an image of the corresponding format.

I am having trouble as it's just displaying raw image stream instead of the actual image.
My code is using a function called thumbnail:

I've tried putting in:
header("Content-type: image/jpeg");
However, this just expects the full page to be an image. I have absolutely no idea where to go from here, been working at it for a while. I'd rather not save the image to disk although it's looking like this might be necessary.

This mean you point at one url, and serve the contents of one image:
<img src="myimage.php">
and myimage.php is a script that looks like:

imagejpeg($thumbnail);

This technique has the advantage of being.. the normal way of doing things.
OR
Output the image inline
Using data uris outputting the contents as a base64 encoded string

This technique is most appropriate with small images.
It has the advantage of meaning all the images are in the main http request - at the (possibly sizable) disadvantage of making the page harder to edit/build and possibly negating the benefits of browser caching (unless the html page is itself cached).

That's right - if you do it the normal way you want to point at your php script with the src attribute of an image tag, and server only an image - i.e. the exact same response as if you were pointing at an image file with a browser.
Unless you have a good reason to do things a different way - the "normal" way is a good place to start.
You can point an html img tag to an php file.
<img src='thumbnail.php?file=<?php echo $item['filename']; ?>' />
Then on your php file you display the image and change the headers since all it is doing is displaying an image.

You need to insert the image like you would a normal image in HTML and create the image in a separate PHP file:

I have a little problem here.
I try to convert an image into string base64, after that I want to save the string into blob in MySQL.
So, the blob can be displayed on the mobile apps.
this is my code :

$image = base64_encode($data);
I already successfully save the blob into MySQL, but I can not displayed the image in website.

The src attribute of an image MUST point at a url. You cannot dump the raw binary contents of an image in there and expect it to work. The browser will take that raw binary data and try to hit the page's originating server and request that data as if it was a file url. i.e. you have this on a page loaded from http://example.com/foo/bar/baz.php:
<img src="blahblahblahblah" />
which will result in the browser requesting
http://example.com/foo/bar/blahblahblahblah
If you want to embed your image in the page, then you have to use a Data URI:
<img src="data:image/jpeg;base64,<?php echo $base64_encoded_image ?>" />

I am using this script which is one of the examples provided by jpgraph itself. When I put this on a web-page (blank) by itself, it's drawing the graph. But when I embed the code in already existing web-page (with some content), it ain't drawing a graph.
GD is already enabled according to phpinfo(). Iam using jpgraph 3.5.0b1.
The problem is that you are mixing HTML/text output with image output.
Any time you have a PHP script generate graphical content you have to handle the output differently than normal HTML or text.
There are a few routes, I'll cover them briefly here.
Save the output to a file and use that filename in your HTML
//replace this line:
// Display the graph
//$graph->Stroke();
// with these lines:
// Default is PNG so use ".png" as suffix
$fileName = "/tmp/imagefile.png";
$graph->img->Stream($fileName);
.. then use $filename in an image tag, like this (for example):
print '<img src="'.$filename.'" />';
Create a standalone PHP script that will output the graphic
You can use the example script as-is, alone in a file called graph_render_script.php. Then, in your HTML, you use that script as a source:
<img src="graph_render_script.php" />
Output base-64 encoded data
Another route is to use base-64 encoded image data. This is relatively simple to do:
print '<img src="data:image/png;base64,'.base64_encode($graph->Stroke()).'" />';

This worked for me:
putting the php code that generates the image in a file...Then on my html page I do this:
<img src="graph.php" >
embedding the graph inline is indeed possible. You'll have to use output buffering to capture the image data, then base64 encode that data, then use that base64-encoded string as the source in an <img>.
Try something like this:

ceejayoz made an excellent point in that this method is almost never what you want. I do not recommend embedding the image data like this unless you have a good reason to do so and understand the downsides, i.e. older browsers lack support for it, and the page size is dramatically increased (not only from the image data but the fact the image data is base64 encoded, which balloons the length). I've used this method in the field myself on a project last year, but it was only because the client refused to make a second request for the image.

You can't do that - you can't output an image as raw binary data within a page.
You need to put the code that generates the graph in a separate file, and use an image tag.

The graph needs to be on its own page, you can't embed it. It outputs a raw JPG and you need to have no other content sent and have the proper headers to tell the browser it's a JPG. To embed the graph you'd make a different page called stats.php for example, and on that page you'd make an image tag pointing to the stand alone graph.

I've had this problem many times, I've noticed it happens when you have require() or include() in your Chart's script and those scripts have Data Base connections or special configurations.
I've solved this problem separating the data retrieving and the Chart drawing, passing parameters to the script or using SESSIONS to get the values.
Example of Embed image Chart in your PHP or HTML file:
