There is an awesome image uploader in stackoverflow. Im looking for a tutorial for creating application like this with php and jquery.
Thanks
Check out Uploadify (tutorial).
Just a note of caution, my experince with uploadify is that it works great in a demo page, but when you add some complexity to the site, strange things start to happen, small seemingly unrelated changes to your site cause it to stop working unexpectedly in ways that can't be caught through unit testing.
For example, I just clicked the upload button to try to add an image to this post and I couldn't get it to work, nothing happens when I click browse. StackOverflow's developers know what they're doing; I'm sure this passed all StackOverflow's unit tests, and might have worked on their staging site. It could be my browser, who knows, but it doesn't work and if I was the average customer, I'd be blaming the developer.
I've had much better luck with jquery.forms.

Okey, so here I'm learning coding (mostly PHP, and frontend dev). And I would like to know if there is a site where I can get an assignment like "make a calculator" or similar.
So I can get inspiration for small projects while I'm learning. Learning by doing so to speak.
I don't want big projects. Something that I can make in one evening.
I have googled around but with no luck.
TL;DR, is there a site were I can find inspiration for small coding projects (PHP).
IMO Github is the best website to find projects related to any technology stack.
Refer these links for Guru99, CodeProject for some basic PHP projects.
Browse over CodePen for Frontend snippets.
I know a site
https://www.hackerrank.com and
https://www.hackerearth.com
There are coding challenges from basic to advance of almost every concept. I would recommend to give it a try.

I would like to develop API calls using Codeigniter. To view the GET/POST/DELETE requests came recently, I would like to have one Debugging Tool, like Yii2 - Debugger.
PF Below for Yii-Debugger
Please help me with any Codeigniter Debugger tool which shows 10-50
recent requests, which holds the DB requests too.
I know about DebugBar that holds the current page data.
I guess just enabling the profiler should help (single request).
In controller:
$this->output->enable_profiler(TRUE);
More on profiler configuration: https://www.codeigniter.com/userguide3/general/profiling.html#enabling-and-disabling-profiler-sections
UPDATE:
For logging all/multiple requests and having a dashboard, this lib should probably help: https://github.com/lonnieezell/codeigniter-forensics. I have no personal experiance with it, but it sounds like it does the trick. It also has a debug bar.

I need a free bug tracker for my small project. I need keep track of bug, todo list and test case. Any suggestion?
Check out mantis http://www.mantisbt.org/
If it's a small project, though, you might want to think about using something with less overhead than a PHP-based system. Are you the only person working on it? A whiteboard and post-it notes might be less upkeep and could ultimately save you time and energy that would be better spent on the project itself.
Redmine is coded in Ruby, but if you can install it, I would highly recommend it.
If you are the only user checkout Task Coach: http://www.taskcoach.org/
It is very easy to use, and works great. Runs on all OS's
Check this, it contains a seeding server included is tested:
http://www.binpress.com/app/phptracker/177
How about CandyCane which is port of Redmine into CakePHP.
I wish it can meet your expectation.

Try flyspray: http://www.flyspray.org/
Simple, specific, fast.

Does anyone of you ever heard about a PHP open source solution that would have these features:
Users login/registration (ideally connect via Facebook)
Upload photos: users can upload photos and exchange them with administrators.
No photo will be shown publicly (only to users and admin)
Rich backend administration with different roles and views on the users and their uploaded photos.
Cheers,
Nicolas.
http://gallery.menalto.com
but it is not a programming question by any means
I think you should go for award-winning Joomla, it has thousands of plugins for photos, user handling and more, has great admin panel as well.
In my oppinion Joomla offers nearly all of those features, excepta good photo gallery, but there's "phoca gallery", with is a very good addon and also open source afaik.
I use it on several pages, it works very fine and has a very userfriendly backend (helped me a lot at the beginning)
Without finding exactly what I am looking for, I guess I just have to start everything from scratch, using a PHP framework (I'm gonna use cakePHP because of its large community).
Thanks everyone,
Nicolas
