PHP Explode and adding data in mysql database - php

My problem is: I want to add multi rows in database (every website with its pagerank on different rows not all in one rows as in the first picture)!
I don't know how to do that, i tried with explode but works only at the printing of the table from browser but now for the links that goes in database! Please help me!
In my database:

My entire code:

VALUES ('".$pagerank."','".$urls."') ") or die(mysql_error());
}
}
?>

The problem is in your foreach statement yo uare writing:
foreach($url as $url) {
That will overwrite your $url array with the first value of the array since the variable names are the same. Then at the end of your loop when it tries to iterate to the next row, it is iterating against a non-array object. Just maybe change the name of the array create from teh explode to $url_array or something similar and do
foreach($url_array as $url) {

Your answer was half true because i modified the
I replaced $urls with $url in:
mysql_query("INSERT INTO projects2 (googlePR, Link)
VALUES ('".$pagerank."','".$url."') ")
now everything goes fine

Creating two triangle using php

Someone please help me to create a two triangle patter using PHP. I'm already code but the output didn't as expected below.
expected output
My code:
function generatePattern($num) {

print(' ');
}
for ($id3 = 1; $id3 <= $id1; $id3 = $id3 + 1) {
if ($id3 % 4 == 3) {

}
echo "\n";
}
for ($id1 = 0; $id1 <= $num-1; $id1 = $id1 + 1) {

Improve this question
So I have created an html form which then posts the results to a php file that overlays them on a PDF and then emails that PDF to myself and the email that was put in the form. All I want to do now is find a simple way to make it so that the PDF includes a sequential number.
For example: When the form is filled out for the first time the number 0001 is input automatically into the PDF and 0002 for the second time and so on.
Is there an easy PHP function to accomplish this?
Essentially I am creating an online invoicing form so when I do service calls I can create an invoice on the spot from a web browser which is then emailed to my office and the client.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
For an incrementing number, you could keep a number in a database and then extract it, add 1 to it, use it, and then put it back in the DB for next time, but this seems complicated. Somebody in the comments mentioned using the timestamp, which would be done like so:
$invoicenumber = time(); //This number will always be unique
The time function works like so (copied from w3schools):
The time() function returns the current time in the number of seconds since the Unix Epoch (January 1 1970 00:00:00 GMT).
Since actual seconds can only go up (increment), this number will never be the same twice.
I hope this is helpful.
-Edit
You can also display this date/time in a readable format like so:
$time = time();
echo date("Y-m-d H:i:s",$time);
-Edit 2
If you want an incrementing number, you basically need a very simple database to save it, which might be as simple as a table called invoices, with a column called invoicenumber, which stores your invoice number in it. You could / probably should use this to store other invoice information in it too, so you'd have each invoice number saved (which means we want to only get the highest one)
Then your code would look like this, for each time you want to use it:
Firstly you'd have a database information file (settings.php or something similar) with your database definitions in it, which might look like this:
define('DB_HOST', 'localhost');
define('DB_USER', 'db_username');
define('DB_PASS', 'db_password');
define('DB_NAME', 'database_name');
Your code would look like this:
//Establish a mysql connection
$mysqli = new mysqli(DB_HOST, DB_USER, DB_PASS, DB_NAME);
//Set up a query to get the highest number
$query = "SELECT invoicenumber FROM invoices ORDER BY invoicenumber DESC LIMIT 1";
//Get the result
$result = $mysqli->query($query);
$row = $result->fetch_assoc();
//If we have a record
if($row){
//New invoice number
$invoicenumber = $row['invoicenumber']++;
//Else (database is empty, so start at the beginning)
}else{
$invoicenumber = 1;
}
//Now we have our invoice number, so do whatever you want with it
/**
* Code here to use the number
* */
//Now we wanna add the new invoice to the database, so
/**
* Add any other info to this statement if you want.
* If any of it is user submitted data, be sure to use prepared statements
* (just look at php.net's documentation on prepared statements)
* w3schools also has some nice tutorials on how to safely insert stuff
* in to a database, so check it all out :)
* */
$query = "INSERT INTO invoices(invoicenumber) VALUES($invoicenumber)";
//Execute the query
if($mysqli->query($query)){
//Show success
echo "Invoice $invoicenumber has been added to the database.";
}else{
//Show error
echo "Unfortunately we could not add invoice $invoicenumber to the database.";
}
//Now we can clear up our resources
$stmt->free_result(); $stmt->close(); $mysqli->close();
Please note: this is a very basic example. Yours will have additions and enhanced security if you are using user submitted data, so please do your homework and make sure that you fully understand each line of this code before you proceed to use it.

Check PageRank Through XML

I've searched this website and googled alot but unfortunately didn't find any real answer so please pardon me if it doesn't makes sense.
I'm using PHP to check page rank of a given URL, but it sometimes show error due to busy google website (http://toolbarqueries.google.com) The error it shows is;
Is there any way I can check page rank through either XML or even PHP with a better solution, which doesn't show any error like that?
Please help!
I've searched and find a great solution. try this:
class GooglePageRankChecker {
// Track the instance
private static $instance;
// Constructor
function getRank($page) {
// Create the instance, if one isn't created yet
if(!isset(self::$instance)) {
self::$instance = new self();
}
// Return the result
return self::$instance->check($page);
}
// Convert string to a number
function stringToNumber($string,$check,$magic) {
$int32 = 4294967296; // 2^32
$length = strlen($string);
for ($i = 0; $i < $length; $i++) {
$check *= $magic;
//If the float is beyond the boundaries of integer (usually +/- 2.15e+9 = 2^31),
// the result of converting to integer is undefined
// refer to http://www.php.net/manual/en/language.types.integer.php
if($check >= $int32) {
$check = ($check - $int32 * (int) ($check / $int32));
//if the check less than -2^31
$check = ($check < -($int32 / 2)) ? ($check + $int32) : $check;
}
$check += ord($string{$i});
}
return $check;
}
// Create a url hash

$check2 = $this->stringToNumber($string, 0, 0x1003F);

$halfFactor = $factor/2;
$check1 >>= $halfFactor;
$check1 = (($check1 >> $factor) & 0x3FFFFC0 ) | ($check1 & 0x3F);
$check1 = (($check1 >> $factor) & 0x3FFC00 ) | ($check1 & 0x3FF);

Now where you want to check the PR, use this code $some_var = GooglePageRankChecker::getRank("http://khanqah-daruslam.com");
Replace URL to yours (or any custom URL)
Try SEOstats: https://github.com/eyecatchup/SEOstats
SEOstats is a powerful open source PHP library to request a bunch of
SEO relevant metrics such as detailed backlink analyses, keyword and
traffic statistics, website trends, page authority, the Google
Pagerank, the Alexa Trafficrank and much more.
Try SEOstats: https://github.com/eyecatchup/SEOstats
Thanks but I already saw this and do not want to use any heavy library. I want a light weight PHP or XML code. Thanks anyway!
Actually you don't need to use the full library. SEOstats' Google PageRank method uses a standalone class that can be used as follows:
<?php
$url = 'http://somedomain.com/';
$pr = new GTB_PageRank($url);
$rank = $pr->getPageRank();
printf("The Google Pagerank of %s is %s.", $url, $rank);
The nice thing about this class, as I think, is that it supports all existing PageRank hashing algorithms (awesome, jenkins, jenkins2 and IE) and has some advanced features built in, such as suggested Toolbar-TLD and more.
You can check it out here:

Converting javascript code to PHP charCodeAt() issue

I have a javascript function which I wants in PHP, Here is my JavaScript function:
<script type="text/javascript">
str = '242357de5b105346ea2059795682443';
str_overral = str;
str_overral = str_overral.replace(/[^a-z0-9]/gi, '').toLowerCase();
str_res='';
for (i=0; i<str_overral.length; i++) {
l=str_overral.substr(i,1);
d=l.charCodeAt(0);
if ( Math.floor(d/2) == d/2 ) {
str_res+=l;
} else {
str_res=l+str_res;
}
}
document.write('<in');
document.write('put type="hidden" name="myInput" value="'+str_res+'" />');
</script>
and above JavaScript function generates this string for myInput: 359795ae3515e753242db0462068244
And this I tried with PHP:
$str = '242357de5b105346ea2059795682443';
$str_overral = preg_replace('/[^a-z0-9]/i', '',$str);
$str_overral = strtolower($str_overral);
$str_res='';
for ($i=0; $i<strlen($str_overral); $i++) {
$l= substr($str_overral,$i,1);
// PHP does not have charCodeAt() function so i used uniord()
$d = uniord($l);
if((floor($d)/2) == ($d/2))
$str_res.=$l;
else
$str_res.= $l.$str_res;
}
echo $str_res;
function uniord($c) {
$h = ord($c{0});
if ($h <= 0x7F) {
return $h;
} else if ($h < 0xC2) {
return false;
} else if ($h <= 0xDF) {
return ($h & 0x1F) << 6 | (ord($c{1}) & 0x3F);
} else if ($h <= 0xEF) {
return ($h & 0x0F) << 12 | (ord($c{1}) & 0x3F) << 6
| (ord($c{2}) & 0x3F);
} else if ($h <= 0xF4) {
return ($h & 0x0F) << 18 | (ord($c{1}) & 0x3F) << 12
| (ord($c{2}) & 0x3F) << 6
| (ord($c{3}) & 0x3F);
} else {
return false;
}
}
and above PHP code generates this string: 242357de5b105346ea2059795682443
so basically PHP just return $string as is.
As PHP does not have charCodeAt() function I found a solution here UTF-8 Safe Equivelant of ord or charCodeAt() in PHP , But that does not work for me, I even tried solution posted by 'hakre' in same thread.
Thank you for any kind of help.
UPDATE SOLUTION:
Here was fix:
if($d%2 == 0)
$str_res.=$l;
else
$str_res = $l.$str_res;
if((floor($d)/2) == ($d/2))
You have a ) in the wrong place. It should be after the first /2, not before it.
It could be made more efficient with if($d%2 == 0)

It's a PHP class. Reading the manual might help you.
Something along the lines of this might work:
$rr = new RoundRobin( 5 );
$rr->Scheldule( $_POST['PlayerCount'] );
But I can't be bothered deciphering the code to work out if it really will.
Also, if you haven't yet learnt HTML forms, read a tutorial like w3schools.
