File uploading script throwing error: "Invalid File" - php

i am new leaner for php. i was trying to upload a simple thing but it does not works.. help to figure out i have referred in w3school.. i have a code.. and i have create a folder called upload.. why its not works..

Increase your file size and add uppercase extensions allowed. Am sure there's a better way to do this, but it works. I increased 20000 to 20000000.

Image auto resize if image size is too large after upload

I have searched around the internet, and have been working on the following code:
It will allow the user to upload the image. At this time, it has certain restrictions like if file size is too big it will not be uploaded. I want to remove that and instead it would scale it down proportionally (to retain quality) until lets say it falls under 80000KB if the image uploaded is too large or scale it down to relative number of around 350 width x 125 height. My other issue is that when the file is uploaded it indicates where it is stored, for instance, "upload/picture.jpg". I would prefer it the complete url was provided instead, so that when someone clicks on it, it takes them directly to the image file page.

PHP 405 not allowed

I have some issues with my webpage. I'm creating an app for Android which will can send image to http address. So I took an example from w3schools for upload script. The problem I have is that when I try to upload file from my computer (the app is not ready yet) I have an error 405 Not Allowed and some sign "nginx". Can you help me fix the problem?

Picture upload form using php

Could somebody please tell me why my php code is not working, as far as I know (im teaching myself) the file is being uploaded to temp folder, then it is being checked for size format etc, then it is being saved into my upload file on the server.

As I can't see your HTML file, I'm guessing but you've probably not set the enctype on your form tag:

Once you've uploaded the file in your temp folder, you should read it then save the content in the database.
For binary files, save into blob field.
Abstract exemple :
// Read the content

Remove acents when uploading

urlencode($_FILES["file"]["name"]);
It would be better to filter out those characters & not putting spaces in folders tho.
