PHP json, finding info and linking it with 4chan api - php

If I wanted to echo the link of a general thread on 4chan.
Here's what I was thinking of, however I have no idea on what to do
$jsonurl = "http://a.4cdn.org/vg/catalog.json";
$json = file_get_contents($jsonurl);
$json_output = json_decode($json);
foreach( $json_output as $no )
{
if(strpos(sub, 'DOTA')) { //Not sure how I would do this
//echo the "no" of it in the json
}
}

Had to look at the JSON data to see what you were looking for. Give this a try
$jsonurl = "http://a.4cdn.org/g/catalog.json";
$json = file_get_contents($jsonurl);
$json_output = json_decode($json);
foreach ($json_output as $page) {
foreach($page->threads as $thread) {
if (isset($thread->sub)) {
$sub = $thread->sub;
$no = $thread->no;
echo $sub . ', Thread Number: ' . $no . '<br />';
/*
if (strpos($sub, 'DOTA') !== false) {
echo 'Found DOTA!!! Thread Number is: ' . $thread->no;
}
*/
}
}
}

You should study the JSON data that you receive in order to know how to extract the data. This is one way of doing it:
foreach( $json_output as $page ) {
foreach ($page->threads as $t) {
echo 'http://boards.4chan.org/vg/res/' . $t->no . ', ';
}
}

PHP - proxy checker multi-threaded

I already made my personal single thread proxy checker using php,but I couldnt make it multi-thread,some days ago,I found one checker using multi-thread on github,can someone help to change it to save the good proxies into a file (ip:port format)?
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/samuel-allan/FastProxyChecker/master/checker.php
What i have tried:
original line 91:
echo json_encode($arr);
changed to:
$json = json_decode($arr);
$good_proxie = $json['arr']['result']['proxy']['ip'];
echo "$good_proxie";
I did not checked it, but think it'll work ^_^
function CheckMultiProxy($proxies, $timeout, $proxy_type)
{
$data = array();
foreach($proxies as $proxy)
{
$parts = explode(':', trim($proxy));
$url = strtok(curPageURL(),'?');
$data[] = $url . '?ip=' . $parts[0] . "&port=" . $parts[1] . "&timeout=" . $timeout . "&proxy_type=" . $proxy_type;
}
$results = multiRequest($data);
$holder = array();
foreach($results as $result)
{
$holder[] = json_decode($result, true)["result"];
}
$arr = array("results" => $holder);
foreach ($arr['results'] as $proxy) {
if ($proxy['success']) {
file_put_contents('YOUR_FILE_HERE', $proxy['proxy']['ip'].':'.$proxy['proxy']['port'].' '.$proxy['proxy']['type'].PHP_EOL, FILE_APPEND);
}
}
echo json_encode($arr);
}

How can I check If I get empty file_get_html in PHP HTML Dom?

I am getting JSON data through visiting a link using PHP HTML DOM, but sometimes, I get an empty page so I want to know that how can I really check if page is empty so that I can skip it by using continue in for loop
I am checking it through :
if (empty($jsondata))
But I always get TRUE never gets false even if page is returned empty
Here is my code :
<?php
$prefix = $_POST['prefix'];
$start_product = $_POST['start_product'];
$end_product = $_POST['end_product'];
set_time_limit(0);
for ($i=$start_product; $i <= $end_product; $i++) {
include('simple_html_dom.php');
$prefix ="00";
$i= "11";
$jsondata = file_get_html('http://www.ewallpk.com/index.php?controller=search&q=A'.$prefix.$i.'&limit=10&timestamp=1445547668758&ajaxSearch=1&id_lang=1');
if (!empty($jsondata)) {
$data = json_decode($jsondata, true);
$product = file_get_html($data[0]["product_link"]);
$product_name= "";
foreach($product->find('div[id=pb-left-column] h1') as $element) {
$product_name.=$element->innertext . '<br>';
}
$product_name = explode("_", $product_name);
$count = count($product_name);
if ($count < 3) {
$product_name=$product_name[0];
} else {
$product_name = "Error";
}
$product_description= "";
foreach($product->find('div[id=short_description_content]') as $element) {
$product_description.=$element->plaintext . '<br>';
}
$product_price= "";
foreach($product->find('p[class=our_price_display] span') as $element) {
$product_price.=$element->innertext . '<br>';
}
$image_link= "";
foreach($product->find('img[id=bigpic]') as $element) {
$image_link.=$element->src;
}
$content = file_get_contents($image_link);
file_put_contents('item_images/A'.$prefix.$i.'.jpg', $content);
echo "<strong>Product No : </strong> A".$prefix.$i."</br>";
echo "<strong>Product Name : </strong>".$product_name."</br>";
echo "<strong>Product Description : </strong>".$product_description;
echo "<strong>Product Price : </strong>".$product_price."</br></br></br>";
} else {
continue;
}
}
?>
You're probably getting some whitespace in the empty response, so trim it off before testing. You also should be using file_get_contents, since the response is not HTML.
$jsondata = file_get_contents('http://www.ewallpk.com/index.php?controller=search&q=A'.$prefix.$i.'&limit=10&timestamp=1445547668758&ajaxSearch=1&id_lang=1');
$jsondata = trim($jsondata);
if (!empty($jsondata)) {
...
}

Data from JSON to php?

I need help with fetching only attraction data,
i have this php script on my website:
<?php $json_string = 'http://framecreators.nl/efteling/data.php'; $jsondata file_get_content($json_string); $json_o=json_decode(utf8_encode($data)); $attractie = $json_o['Id']['Type']; echo $attractie ?>
and this json data:
http://framecreators.nl/efteling/data.php
I need to convert only a Id and type, ff somebody can help me.
To access the data you're looking for, you'll need to do something like this:
foreach ($json_o['AttractionInfo'] as $a) {
echo $a['Id']; //or whatever you're planning to do with this data
ech0 $a['Type'];
}
<?php
$json_data = file_get_contents('http://framecreators.nl/efteling/data.php');
$data = json_decode($json_data);
$array = [];
foreach($data->AttractionInfo as $item) {
$array['id'][] = $item->Id;
$array['type'][] = $item->Type;
}
echo "<pre>";
print_r($array);
echo "</pre>";
$url = "http://framecreators.nl/efteling/data.php";
$content = file_get_contents($url);
$data = json_decode($content,TRUE);
$array = $data['AttractionInfo'];
foreach($array as $r)
{
echo "ID->".$r['Id'];
echo '';
echo "Type->".$r['Type'];
echo '';
}
$url = "http://framecreators.nl/efteling/data.php";
$content = file_get_contents($url);
$data = json_decode($content,TRUE);
$array = $data['AttractionInfo'];
if(is_array($array))
{
foreach($array as $r)
{
echo $r['Id'];
echo $r['Type'];
}
}

PHP foreach - parsed json from URL

I have a JSON file called from an URL. I've checked and I'm getting the the data from the URL.
I've tried a lot, but I can't get the loop foreach to work - what is wrong?
<?php
$url = 'http://banen.klintmx.dk/json/ba-simple-proxy.php?url=api.autoit.dk/car/GetCarsExtended/59efc61e-ceb2-463b-af39-80348d771999';
$json= file_get_contents($url);
$data = json_decode($json);
$rows = $data->{'contents'};
foreach($rows as $row) {
echo '<p>';
$FabrikatNavn = $row->{'contents'}->{'FabrikatNavn'};
$ModelNavn = $row->{'contents'}->{'ModelNavn'};
$PrisDetailDkk = $row->{'contents'}->{'PrisDetailDkk'};
echo $FabrikatNavn . $ModelNavn . ' Pris ' . $PrisDetailDkk;
echo '</p>';
}
?>
The actual problem is you trying to access content object again. Just change your foreach snippet with,
foreach ($rows as $row) {
echo '<p>';
$FabrikatNavn = $row->FabrikatNavn;
$ModelNavn = $row->ModelNavn;
$PrisDetailDkk = $row->PrisDetailDkk;
echo $FabrikatNavn . $ModelNavn . ' Pris ' . $PrisDetailDkk;
echo '</p>';
}
DEMO.
Use json_decode($data, true) so that it parses the JSON content into a PHP array. So it will be something like
$rows = $data['contents'];
foreach($rows as $row) {
echo '<p>';
$FabrikatNavn = $row['contents']['FabrikatNavn'];
$ModelNavn = $row['contents']['ModelNavn'];
$PrisDetailDkk = $row['contents']['PrisDetailDkk'];
echo $FabrikatNavn . $ModelNavn . ' Pris ' . $PrisDetailDkk;
echo '</p>';
}
Take a look at using json_decode($json, true) as this will convert the data to an associative array which seems to be the way you are approaching the solution.
Check the output by printing with var_dump() or print_r()
Try like this
$data = json_decode($json,true); //decode json result as array and thenloop it
print '<pre>';
print_r($data);
foreach($data as $row){
//do something here
}

json and PHP parse

Why i can't get out the values from the json file with PHP?
I get zero values? Have tried for hours.
<?php
$json_string = 'http://pubapi.cryptsy.com/api.php?method=singlemarketdata&marketid=44';
$jsondata = file_get_contents($json_string);
$data = json_decode($jsondata, TRUE);
print_r($data);
echo "<br><br><br><br>";
foreach ($data as $recenttrades) {
echo "VALUES('{$recenttrades->quantity}', '{$recenttrades->price}' ";
}
?>
Update: but can't get the value from primaryname and primarycode.
I have tried this:
$json_string = 'http://pubapi.cryptsy.com/api.php?method=marketdatav2';
$jsondata = file_get_contents($json_string);
$data = json_decode($jsondata, TRUE);
//print_r($data);
foreach ($data["market"] as $markets) {
echo "Primary code: <strong>{$markets['primarycode']}</strong><br>";
foreach($markets as $market) {
foreach($market as $attributes) {
foreach($attributes["recenttrades"] as $recenttrade) {
echo "quantity: " . $recenttrade['quantity'] .", price: " . $recenttrade['price'] . "<br>";
}
}
}
}
Others have mentioned that you're dealing with nested arrays, not objects. Along with pointing out the issue of being nested rather deeply, I would suggest digging down with foreach (I will probably be crucified for this):
<?php
$json_string = 'http://pubapi.cryptsy.com/api.php?method=singlemarketdata&marketid=44';
$jsondata = file_get_contents($json_string);
$data = json_decode($jsondata, TRUE);
//print_r($data);
echo "<br><br><br><br>";
foreach ($data as $markets) {
foreach($markets as $market) {
foreach($market as $attributes) {
foreach($attributes["recenttrades"] as $recenttrade) {
//echo "<pre>";
//print_r($recenttrade);
//echo "</pre>";
echo "VALUES('{quantity: " . $recenttrade['quantity'] ."}', 'price: {" . $recenttrade['price'] . "}')";
}
}
}
}
?>
This will ensure that you grab every recentrades item at this level of the array. This way you are prepared for other markets to be added to the API and your code isn't locked into searching only in the item named "FST".
recenttrades is nested pretty deeply in that array. Try
foreach ($data['return']['markets']['FST']['recenttrades'] as $recenttrades) {
recenttrades is several levels nested, so simply doing foreach($data as $recenttrades) is not sufficient.
You need to do:
$recentTrades = $data['return']['markets']['FST']['recenttrades'];
foreach($recentTrades as $recentTrade) {
...
}
recenttrades is nested deeply and you're asking for arrays, not objects. This seems to work:
foreach ($data['return']['markets']['FST']['recenttrades'] as $recenttrades) {
echo "VALUES('{$recenttrades['quantity']}', '{$recenttrades['price']}' ";
}
In response to your update, where you want to loop over markets, try this:
foreach ($data['return']['markets'] as $market) {
echo "Primary code: <strong>{$market['primarycode']}</strong><br>";
foreach ($market["recenttrades"] as $recenttrade) {
echo "quantity: " . $recenttrade['quantity'] .", price: " . $recenttrade['price'] . "<br>";
}
}
