I am making a music player that can use GET variables to select the play list, i would like to know how to use a single .htaccess file to keep my current .htaccess and only for music.php (or Ducke.Co/music) use a different rewrite to change music?f=PLAYLISTNAME to music/PLAYLISTNAME.
My current .htaccess is as follows:

Today i start with my mod rewrite for the php script.
Some words to the setup
I use a subdomain e.g. test.testsystem.com which points to root/test/
So i have some multiple GET Parameters for my PHP script like the following:
1) https://test.testsystem.com/index.php?a=foo
2) https://test.testsystem.com/index.php?a=foo&v=bar
3) https://test.testsystem.com/index.php?a=foo&c=testcode
so with mod rewrite i want to have
1) https://test.testsystem.com/foo
2) https://test.testsystem.com/foo/bar
3) https://test.testsystem.com/foo/c/testcode
What i currently have is

For the first two URLs. Now it does no error 500 any more but the problem is i do not get any GET parameters in my php script.
Maybe someone can provide me here a working solution.

The RewriteConds are important in each rules to avoid rewriting your existing files and directories .
I have a URL like http://example.com/index.php/fruit/1a2b3c
I want to get the URI's for which I have written a code.
Now I want to remove the index.php from the visible URL, it should work even when the URL is http://example.com/fruit/1a2b3c and it should still point to index.php

I have .htaccess that the function is to hide .php extension and convert user.php?user=username to be :

Try adding some conditions to your rules to prevent the rewrite if the URI points to a file that exists. You should also make sure you have multiviews turned off (this can be anywhere in your htaccess file):

You need to define search and any other different pages/URLs you wish to rewrite, otherwise yeah it will continue to think it's a user and refer to user.php
Example:
RewriteRule ^search/?$ /search.php
RewriteRule ^search/([a-zA-Z0-9_-]+)/?$ /search.php.php?q=$1
Second line would allow you to query your search with a clean url, ex; yoursite.com/search/username/

Explanation
The first three conditions make sure that domainname/aboutus is not a real file, so that we don't rewrite files that already exist.
Options -Multiviews removes a number of potential problems
In your current code, get rid of the .php in your pattern:
RewriteRule ^([^/]+)$ /index.php?id=$1 [L]
You are not matching .php extensions in the request. You are only routing matches to a query string on a real .php extension
As for a better solution:
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*)/?$ index.php?id=$1 [L]
I have created the folder http://domain.com/sport/
What I need it to do now is show contents of http://domain.com/sport/index.php whenever I access http://domain.com/sport/anything/anything/.
Right now its showing contents of http://livesports.pw/index.php
