Am not able to download file in php - php

Warning: fopen(images/): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\phpsamp\download1.php on line 91
Error - can not open file. am trying to download the file from from c:\xammpp\htdocs\
am getting below error

I guess if you look at the path, you will see the mistake yourself. Folders are rarely located in .php files. Theres a wrong value stored in your $file variable.
And dont modify headers so much ... that unnecessary.
Oh, and refactor your code ... this is pretty difficult to read in my opinion.
