Wordpress and Magento Installed On Same Server Issue - php

I have installed wordpress into the root of my domain. After that was already done and setup, we decided to install Magento into a subfolder called shop. The problem that I am having is that on certain pages in Magento, actually just the checkout page, pages are carried over from wordpress. If I am logged into wordpress, my wordpress menu loads into the Your Checkout Progress box. If I am not logged in, the wordpress login page loads to the right of the checkout. I have tried to prevent this by using my .htaccess in the root of the hosting with the following
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} "/shop/"
RewriteRule (.*) $1 [L]
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
</IfModule>
Here is my Magento .htaccess file

I am starting to think that I might have to find a way to move the WP install to another folder unless someone has any suggestions.
UPDATE:
Here is a link to a screenshot of what I am seeing, per the requests in the comments.
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/24789136/magentoerror.jpg

I think, in your Magento .htaccess, you need to remove the following section
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /shop/
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /shop/index.php [L]
</IfModule>
and uncomment the following line.
#RewriteBase /shop/

Magento Admin URL giving a 404 file not found

I know there may be similar questions here, but I didn't find any question that has the same scenario as mine.
Please take a couple of minutes and read my problem. I would be grateful if you can help me out.
I never worked with Magento. A client moved to my server a couple days ago and his website is based on Magento Framework.
So the old company backed up the database and files and gave them to me. I extracted the files and updated the database credentials.
Until now everything is working great.
I tested the website and it is also working great.
Website URL: https://site4sight.com
I tried logging in to the admin: https://site4sight.com/leadmin and the login page is opening normally.
When I enter the credentials and hit on Login, the user is being successfully logged in and redirected to the page https://site4sight.com/index.php/leadmin/index/index/key/d2acce9e5ff7ea4507b9fedd9e27d14b/, but here the page is appearing as a 404 page in the website.
If you click on Forgot Password you will get the same result.
I've been searching since the morning and now it is 2:00 am.
I downloaded new .htaccess files
I updated fields in the database and deleted the folder var/cache
I deleted the file app/etc/local.xml and reconfigured Magento
Really I tried a lot of other solutions but nothing is working.
The website is hosted on bluehost, and below is my .htaccess file:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} ^$ [OR]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} (bot|crawl|robot)
RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} !(bing|Google|msn|MSR|Twitter|Yandex) [NC]
RewriteRule ^/?.*$ "http\:\/\/127\.0\.0\.1" [R,L]

anyone can figure out the problems?

URL is not Redirecting properly. (With IP address)

I have hosted my website (In Megento) in some hosting server. They said by default mod_redirect is enabled.
Problem is using IP address it doesn't redirect properly. I have not enter my host name in DNS.
See this is how it works now, If I request for some link from the URL
http://173.254.28.102/~finnande
It goes on like this
http://173.254.28.102/~finnande/~finnande/~finnande/~finnande/~finnande/~finnande/~finnande/~finnande/
Same problem one guy asked here, but no answer found

It's problem with settings in .htaccess file and you should check lines with RewriteCond and RewriteRule directives.
Answer "I would change RewriteBase / to RewriteBase /~finnande by Krzysztof Księżyk works" .. Thanks Krzysztof Księżyk.

RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80

Tested and working! This is what i use...
<IfModule mod_ssl.c>
SSLOptions StdEnvVars
Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://%{HTTP_HOST}/$1 [R,L]
</IfModule>
I did this solution.
You can also do this in the admin backend, set the Configuration | Web unsecure url = https://www.mysite.com instead of www.mysite.com
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteRule (.*) https://%{HTTP_HOST}$1 [R=301, L]
Not tested, just an idea.
