I want the meet us to be place in the right while the contact us is in the left but it wont place to where i indicate them.

Put the "Contact Us" div before the "Meet Us" div. Then Apply float:left; to both the element. Try to avoid float:right; as much as possible.
Otherwise you can use use display:inline-block to both the divs. Will work just like float and on top of that you can even align them vertically.

When I add the modal within the {foreach} tags, it only fills with the information for one particular item (depending on where I place it. ex: it might be the first item, or if I place it between the {foreach from=$flowers3 item=row} it will be the last of the first row) but I can't get it to update every item on the particular "Quick View" that is clicked.

Store the properties of the items in data-attributes of the item 's in your html:

Now use some javascript to update the modal. jQuery example:

I just started learning php and my first project was to make a working contact form. I have typed up what I could, but for some reason there appears to be some sort of errors that php is not telling me. #B-and-P is right, if all your error checking validates, then your error variable is undefined by the time you reach your

statement. To fix this, simply declare your error variable at the top to be null like
$error = NULL;
that way when you check for it, it is defined and if there is no errors, your script will send your mail.
There is no action attribute in your form tag. Example:

The problem I'm running into is that the content for the page is being pushed down onto another row when i include the sidebar.php.

I think you shoudn't use .container and .col-md-6 on the same element.

I let it work by putting a 'div' with the class of 'col-md-3' around the include line and then wrapped all the contents in a container div. I then removed the 'col-md-3' in the sidebar.php file.
