I am learning PHP.The problem is that I don't have a frequent internet access.Every time to practice PHP i have to go online. Is there a way to practice PHP+HTML on my computer without internet connection.

Never use xampp in client server. xampp only for developers

I am attempting to set up my site as a client with an oauth2 server from another company. I am using the Laravel PHP framework and it occurred to me that there is surely a simpler way of doing this outside of writing each line of code myself and then wondering if everything is done correctly. Is there a tutorial on this somewhere?
Again, I don't want to set up my site as the server, just as the client.
Thanks

I developed a php web application in windows. As you know there is two service needed to do this; APACHE and MYSQL.
But my application will be hosted in custom computers, possibl no apache and no mysql in it. So I need a windows setup that install these services and also check if they are already exist and running.
Its my first time face with this, so please be as clear as possible on advices and examples.
Thank you
Under Windows environment, the simplest way is to install EasyPHP. To do this in an automated way, you'll need an install script (for quiet install for example). Check the website for details.
Hope it helps.

iam looking for a php/mysql open source inventory management software.
Can anyone suggest me a good, free script?
I have heard about VTigerCRM, SugarCRM, Magento... which among these is the best for inventory, and anything else is preferable ?
Check this out, http://phpbms.org/ I dont know to what extent it will satisfy your needs, but it can be easily customized. And it is open source running on php/mysql.
You can very well use it on WAMP stack, if I am not wrong.

I would like to know if anyone knows about any program similar to WAMP Server; all-in-one containing PHP, MySQL, Apache?
I am targeting Windows OS.
Viewing the different WAMP distributions as packages of 3 separate applications and foundations to download different versions and plugins for those packages, you might also try Microsoft's Web Platform Installer.
I've been using Xampp for a while, it's free and works like a charm: https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html
