I have an array in PHP like this

I want to query the document such that it matches a particular sub array in the mongodb doc and return the following result

But only when all the correspoding values (except Quantity match).
The options (option1, option2, ...) are different for different documents.

Not possible since you don't know the name of the key to match to. Perhaps you want prices to actually be an array?

So basically it should be sorted using the label inside the "options" without affecting the other fields. I've been trying usort and tried different algorithms but to no avail.
Current code that sorts only the outside "label" and not the inner label:

Use json_decode method to convert it to an std_class or use the 2nd parameter of this method to convert it to an associated array.

Once you decode it, you can easily access the variables like accessing properties of a class or as an array object if you are converting to an associated array
First you have too decode the JSON using json_decode function, then access using variables.
Do like this..
//Assign your JSON data to this $json variable as shown in the demo.

I want to know how to have the data structure without the unique keys prefixing the nested arrays
The thing is that if you define keys, json_encode will read them. If you don't want keys, declare the array without them. So, what you need to do is to structure your array according to you desired output.
But the way your data is arranged make it somewhat hard to format it properly. The solution I can see is to do what you're already doing:

But then you revisit the array and remove all the keys using array_values:

After decoding and re-encoding, it adds a key to every "product"

Note the lack of extra keys. Are you doing any manipulations on the decoed array before re-encoding?
You are probably using mysqli_fetch_array instead of mysqli_fetch_assoc. Meaning u are json decoding a key arreay instead of an associative array
