Invalid argument for FOR EACH loop - php

I'm getting an error on a for each loop, saying that it get's invalid argument.
$bidder = new MuxBidder( $mailer->bidder_id );
$today = $bidder->getTodayBoughtLeads();
$legum = $bidder->getLegum();
$zipInterval = $bidder->getMeta('zip-intervals');
var_dump($bidder->getMeta('zip-intervals'));
$region = $lead->getRegion();
$zip = $lead->getZip();
// If "revisor"
if ( !$legum ) {
if( $lead->getPrice( $bidder->getId() ) >= $bidder->getMeta( 'min_clips' ) ) {
foreach ($zipInterval as $interval) {
if ($interval['from'] <= $zip && $zip <= $interval['to']) {
// "revisor" just get the lead straight away
$this->push_lead( $mailer->lead_id, $mailer->bidder_id );
return true;
}
}
}
// If Legum user ("advokat")
}
The error appears with $zipInterval. When I var_dump that variable I have:
array(1) {
[0]=> array(2) {
["from"]=> string(4) "0000" ["to"]=> string(4) "9999"
}
}
array(1) {
[0]=> array(2) {
["from"]=> string(4) "1000" ["to"]=> string(4) "9999"
}
}
array(1) {
[0]=> array(2) {
["from"]=> string(4) "1000" ["to"]=> string(4) "9999"
}
}
array(2) {
[0]=> array(2) {
["from"]=> string(4) "0000" ["to"]=> string(4) "9999"
}
[1]=> array(2) {
["from"]=> string(0) "" ["to"]=> string(0) ""
}
}
string(0) ""
Can anybody see what's wrong with the argument ?

Looks like you call this function more than once? On the last loop you get an empty string returned instead of an array.
try checking if the value is an array before iterating.
<?php
if(is_array($zipInterval)){
foreach($zipInterval as $interval){
//...
}
}

Search with PHP inside MongoDB

Im trying many days now to select data from this db
[1]: https://i.stack.imgur.com/QA34L.jpg
I want to print for example all comments
echo $comment['username']." | "; \ Alex | Alex
My php code so far:
[![$m= new MongoDB\Client ("mongodb://127.0.0.1/");
$db = $m->stores;
$collection = $db->storeinfo;][1]][1]
$storez = $collection->find(array("Products.pTHUMBNAIL" => $pThumb));
$o=1;
$afm=array();
foreach ($storez as $stor) {
$afm[$o] = $stor['AFM'];
$record = $collection->findOne(array(
"AFM" => $afm[$o],"Products.pTHUMBNAIL" => $pThumb));
foreach ($record['Products'] as $pro){
if($pThumb == $pro['pTHUMBNAIL']){
echo $temp = $pro['pID']." ";
foreach($pro as $pro1['pCOMMENTS']) {
foreach($pro1 as $com['Comment']) {
var_dump($com['Comment']);
/*
foreach($com as $comment) {
echo $comment['username'];
}
*/
}
}
}
}
$o += 1;
}
It seems that i just cannot find the correct foreach to loop through my Comment array
var_dump output:

What about this?
After echo $temp = $pro['pID']." ";
foreach($pro['pCOMMENTS'] as $comments) {
foreach ($comments['Comment'] as $comment) {
echo $comment['text'];
}
}
You used foreach() bad: the index should be added to the first parameter, not in the 'as' part.
Also it helps if you use more clear variable names. That doesn't take too much, but makes it more readable and easy to debug.
After echo $temp = $pro['pID']." ";
foreach($pro['pCOMMENTS'] as $comments) {
foreach($comments as $comment) {
echo $comment['text'];
}
}

How to fetch arrays with string in php

how can i fetch data in an arrays with gives null value if null
here is my data I var_dump($showStatus); I want to print out . $showStatus[0]['title']
string(0) ""
array(2) {
[0]=>
array(7) {
["id"]=>
string(1) "1"
["container_id"]=>
string(1) "3"
["title"]=>
string(51) "waitting"
}
[1]=>
array(7) {
["id"]=>
string(1) "2"
["container_id"]=>
string(1) "3"
["title"]=>
string(72) "getting"
}
}
array(1) {
[0]=>
array(7) {
["id"]=>
string(1) "4"
["container_id"]=>
string(1) "7"
["title"]=>
string(51) "getting"
}
}
The reason that I've string because in my models I want to print "" or NULL when it don't have data here is my models
public function showStatus($id){
$sql = 'SELECT * FROM status WHERE container_id = '.$id;
if($this->query_rows( $sql )) {
return $this->query_rows($sql);
} else {
return "";
}
}
I try to use
foreach ($getListData as $k) {
}
but it said Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()
Try this:
if(!empty($getListData) )
{
foreach ($getListData as $k) {
print_r($k);
}
}
else {
echo "NULL";
}

Cut array by sub array key value

I got this array
array(5) {
[0]=>
array(5) {
["id"]=>
int(1411667077)
["nachricht"]=>
string(13) "iiiiiiiiiiiii"
["user"]=>
string(15) "334607943355808"
["datum"]=>

["deleted"]=>
string(0) ""
}
[2]=>
array(5) {

["nachricht"]=>
string(6) "swfsfs"
["user"]=>
string(15) "334607943355808"
["datum"]=>
string(16) "26.09.2014 05:22"
["deleted"]=>
string(0) ""
}
[3]=>
array(5) {
["id"]=>
int(1411701739)
["nachricht"]=>
string(7) "egwegeg"
["user"]=>
string(15) "334607943355808"
["datum"]=>
string(16) "26.09.2014 05:22"
["deleted"]=>
string(0) ""
}
[4]=>
array(5) {
["id"]=>
int(1411742201)
["nachricht"]=>
string(3) "sss"
["user"]=>
string(15) "334607943355808"
["datum"]=>
string(16) "26.09.2014 16:36"
["deleted"]=>
string(0) ""
}
}
I want to cut the where the id is 1411701737 so I tryed:
foreach($array as $arr => $sub_arr)
{
if $sub_arr['id'] == 1411701737
{
break;
}
}
I know I need to create a whole new array in the foreach, but isn't there maybe a build in function?
$arr_new = array(); //Define a new array
foreach($arr_old as $a) { //Loop through the old one
if($a['id'] === 1411701737) break; //If the value of id matches, leave the foreach loop
$arr_new[] = $a; //Else, copy this array to the new array
}
print_r($arr_new); //Print the new array
$new = array();
foreach($array as $k) {
if($k['id'] == 1411701737) break;
array_push($new, $k);
}
var_dump($new);
The answer by Mooseman is likely a faster way to do this since it does not rely on a PHP function call to place the array into the new array. However unless you are doing this on a set of arrays that is in the 100k+ it really won't matter.

Foreach array organization/iteration

I have this array that I've tried iterating over and creating a new array:
array(233) {
[0]=>
array(2) {
["subject_id"]=>
int(138)
["relatedsubject_id"]=>
int(127)
}
[1]=>
array(2) {
["subject_id"]=>
int(138)
["relatedsubject_id"]=>
int(47)
}
[2]=>
array(2) {
["subject_id"]=>
int(138)
["relatedsubject_id"]=>
int(13)
}
[3]=>
array(2) {
["subject_id"]=>
int(138)
["relatedsubject_id"]=>
int(56)
}
[4]=>
array(2) {
["subject_id"]=>
int(154)
["relatedsubject_id"]=>
int(77)
}
[5]=>
array(2) {
["subject_id"]=>
int(154)
["relatedsubject_id"]=>
int(69)
}
[6]=>
array(2) {
["subject_id"]=>
int(154)
["relatedsubject_id"]=>
int(70)
}
[7]=>
array(2) {
["subject_id"]=>
int(154)
["relatedsubject_id"]=>
int(75)
I cut it short so it's not too obnoxious. This is the code I'm using now:
$subject_id = array();
foreach ($results as $mainKey => $subArrays) {
if(!isset($subject_id[$results[$mainKey]["subject_id"]])) {
$subject_id[$results[$mainKey]["subject_id"]] = array();
array_push($subject_id[$results[$mainKey]["subject_id"]], $results[$mainKey]["relatedsubject_id"]);
// $subject_id[$results[$mainKey]["subject_id"]][] = $results[$mainKey]["relatedsubject_id"];
}
}
var_dump($subject_id);
My results look like this:
array(111) {
[138]=>
array(1) {
[0]=>
int(127)
}
[154]=>
array(1) {
[0]=>
int(77)
}
Any ideas on why I'm only getting 1 value and how to modify to get each "relatedsubject_id" to fall in line with the corresponding "subject_id"? Thank you.
Edit
Expected Result:
array {
[138]=>
array(1) {
[0]=>
int(127)
[1]=>
int(47)
[2]=>
int(13)
[3]=>
int(56)
}
[154]=>
array(1) {
[0]=>
int(77)
[1]=>
int(69)
[2]=>
int(70)
[3]=>
int(75)
}
It seems you are trying to consolidate your subject ids and relatedsubject_ids. If thats the case, this may work for you.
$subject_id = array();
foreach ($results as $mainKey => $subArrays) {
if(!isset($subject_id[$results[$mainKey]['subject_id']])) {
$subject_id[$results[$mainKey]['subject_id']] = array('subject_id' => $results[$mainKey]['subject_id'], 'relatedsubject_id' => array());
}
$subject_id[$results[$mainKey]['subject_id']]['relatedsubject_id'][] = $results[$mainKey]["relatedsubject_id"];
}
Changed to your EDIT
$subject_id = array();
foreach ($results as $mainKey => $subArrays) {
if(!isset($subject_id[$results[$mainKey]['subject_id']])) {
$subject_id[$results[$mainKey]['subject_id']] = array();
}
$subject_id[$results[$mainKey]['subject_id']][] = $results[$mainKey]["relatedsubject_id"];
}
The reason why you were only getting one result is you had all your code in the if(!isset()) function. That should only not be set once. If that makes sense.

How to return data from an array within an array

I have the following data that I parsed from an xml file and now I have a problem returning the data. How do i return the photo src data from the array within the photo array. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?
Code
$xml = simplexml_load_file($url);
$photo_url = $xml['photo']->src;
for ($i=0, $n=count($photo_url); $i<$n; ++$i) {
echo $photo_url[$i].'<br>';
}
Data
["photo"]=>
array(46) {
[0]=>
object(SimpleXMLElement)#2 (1) {
["#attributes"]=>
array(6) {
["id"]=>
string(5) "26001"
["src"]=>
string(36) "1006416.jpg"
["thumb"]=>
string(42) "1006416_thumb.jpg"
["title"]=>
string(16) "album"
["subtitle"]=>
string(6) "01.jpg"
["favorite"]=>
string(0) ""
}
}
[1]=>
object(SimpleXMLElement)#3 (1) {
["#attributes"]=>
array(6) {
["id"]=>
string(5) "26001"
["src"]=>
string(36) "1006417.jpg"
["thumb"]=>
string(42) "1006417_thumb.jpg"
["title"]=>
string(16) "album"
["subtitle"]=>
string(6) "02.jpg"
["favorite"]=>
string(0) ""
}
}
You should use the SimpleXMLElement attributes method, like so:
$xml = simplexml_load_file($url);
foreach( $xml as $xml_node)
{
$attributes = $xml_node->attributes();
echo 'Photo source: ' . $attributes['src'] . "\n";
}
