I want to type php coding in textarea, then after submit it should run the php coding and produce result. Is this possible ?
To upload changes in live, I need to get two level approve, If any errors occur i could't fix it quickly, If above thing is possible I can enable error log, dynamically print array and so on...

Yes, you can POST value of textarea and then evaluate its content as PHP code using eval function, but make sure you restrict access to this feature, because it's very dangerous if you allow random people to use it. You can even simulate something like online php compiler using AJAX calls.

My main PHP file includes several PHP files. At the beginning of one of them I'm testing a variable. If it passes the test then I want the whole script to run, otherwise I want to exit. Is it possible or do I have to condition my entire script (and not use anything similar to die())?
Well, normally it is bad practice to just die() anywhere in a script. However if you have a background script for example and you just want to quit, you can use die() everywhere. A better approach is for example to throw an exception and catch it on a top level

I want to make sure visitors to my site can't see the PHP code that's generating the page. Here is a reference: http://may.edu.np/tmp/
Can anyone explain to me how server-side scripts are interpreted and how the result is delivered to the end user?
If I understand your question correctly, no one should be able to access your source code so long as they don't have access to the server. When a browser makes a request for a .php file to the server, the server knows that it must first interpret the script and then send the output from your echo statements and/or inline HTML. As far as I know, there's no way for the user to "trick" the server into sending it as plain text, so I wouldn't worry about that. Also, as long as you disable error reporting, no one should even know you're running php, as there's no ".php" in the URL. Hope this helps :)

I want my client to be able to log into their website, fill out a form and then have that webpage permanently have whatever they put into that form. Is there a way to use php to take whatever is submitted in that form and replace the html content with it? Im new to php, which functions could I use? And is it possible for php to permanently change anything on a site? Im not terribly concerned with security
Start with wordpress and if you don't like it, then there are other content management systems out there. Google can help you find one too.

I just want anyone to correct me if I'm wrong. Can I create a CMS by making a file where you log in as an admin and then you can write an article and send it to a database table. In another file display all articles from the table with ORDER BY id. To delete you simply make a delete script. Do I have to use any other languages like xml or something? Thanks!
The question: Can I make a simple cms by just using PHP and HTML?
No, you don't need other languages.
PHP and MySQL should be sufficient.
Well, the way the articles are displayed depends of HTML, CSS or JS codes you use.
I'm not quite sure what you're asking exactly. But you could easily write something like that in just PHP and HTML, and use a database to store the information.

I am trying to create a site with a tiny CMS, the problem is that there is only php installed on the server.
The site will mainly consit of two pages the user page and admin page. On the user page there is to be a bunch of checkboxes which when checked will do some math(not the problem I need solved). On the admin page you need to be able to add the checkboxes and assing them their values.
My approach was to read and write to a XML file that contains the data instead of a database. I have run into a lot of problems trying to accomplish this, and I am looking for some good ideas for how it can be done, or alternatives.
Thanks in advance.
You can use sqlite as database engine. This way you also create a portable version of your application and by using PDO you could always switch to another database engine later on.
