Getting value with htaccess and pagination for root - php

This url
example.com/videos/load.php?cat=video-category
would become
example.com/videos/video-category
Also, there is pagination & limit url
example.com/videos/load.php?cat=video-category&p=2&limit=20
it would become
example.com/videos/video-category?p=2&limit=20
(this links also work)
example.com/videos/video-category?p=2
example.com/videos/video-category?limit=20
Also, there is another root url
example.com/videos/load.php?cat=video-category&name=video-name
it would become
example.com/videos/video-category/video-name
Also, there is pagination & limit url
example.com/videos/load.php?cat=video-category&name=video-name&p=2&limit=20
And it would become
example.com/videos/video-category/video-name?p=2&limit=20
(this links also work)
example.com/videos/video-category/video-name?p=2
example.com/videos/video-category/video-name?limit=20

Friendly URL with two properties?

I am trying to rewrite an ugly URL that's using two properties. For example, I want example.com/stories/?url=how-are-you?num=5 to be example.com/stories/how-are-you/5 I have rewritten the first property, but I don't know how to rewrite the num property. Here's my .htaccess file:

which should remove single.php?title= from url and replace the 20% by slash and it work corrctly.
but i have 2 problem 1. it stop the css in my website 2. if you try to click any link (except) the home page it will give you something like this http://www.einfogarden.com/%D9%81%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A6%D8%AF-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D8%B1%D8%AC%D9%8A%D8%B1/single.php?title=%D9%81%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A6%D8%AF%20%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B1%D9%85%D8%A7%D9%86%20%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%A6%D8%B9%D8%A9
it duplicate the link

You are asking in the .htaccess the url of your current page.
So yourwebsite.com/home will be yourwebsite.com/home/home
I edited your code a little. using this will do fine.

issue in url rewrite in .htaccess

i am trying to force non-www to www and its working as aspected:

now if i visit www.example.com/registration it works great.. but when i am accessing the same url from an link it works but adds index.php?/ in the url like this:
www.example.com/index.php?/registration
i am new to .htaccess programming.. i can understand i need ot modify the below lines.. but i dont know how to modify in such a way so that i does not add index.php?/ in the url...
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?/$1 [L]

Rewrite domain using htaccess and remove subfolder from URL

I have multiple domains which I want subfolders for using .htaccess:

But this means URLs can still contain the subfolder: example.com/subfolder/img/file.png. How do I stop /subfolder from being accessible?

You need a new rule to remove /subfolder/ from you URLs like this:

htaccess - add www & remove index.php

I have my current htaccess as:
