I've had a look through other's questions but couldn't see anything quite the same, so apologies if I missed one.
I created a site in a subdirectory while I was developing it before moving it to the root, on moving it to the root, access to MySQL database through php stopped working. The particular line of code that it stops at is
$pdo=new PDO("mysql:dbname=NAME;host=127.0.0.1","USERNAME","PASSWORD");
The script works fine as soon as it's moved even a single directory outside of the root. Any ideas what the issue might be?

Why is this not being an editable block? Why doesn't the concrete5 even recognize its existence when it is on the page? It just says at the area that it's empty.

I'm retrieving data out of a database using PHP's PDO extension. I never had a problem with this and it always shows up in all browsers. BUT when I tested the website on a friends laptop, the foreach loop works but the content is not displayed. The content is present in the source code.

I have created some custom code (lines 287-309 in the code below)It is a duplicate function of 313-345 but with a few changes.
Although the function works perfectly well for some reason the page upon change or refresh duplicate the collection at the bottom of the page.
If I move lines 287-309 to line 347 onwards this does not happen. I'm assuming I a creating some sort of loop here or am I not closing the PHP correctly?
Any help would be hugely appreciated.

From your comment above I would say this line is to blame:

I'm assuming that this is running as well as your new code above it when it's not the homepage
You may also want to have a look at your HTML structure
i have a php web application project ... and i want to implement a javascript onclick code ..
for example :
when user clicks follow this post ... the MySQL query inserts into database that the user followed this ... so the page is refreshed and after that it will appear as FOLLOWED ..
what's the javascript code needed to do this ... or is there any example may fit ??
