Rewrite in index.php - php

I have a problem with rewriting hrefs in my website. First of all I managed to remove all .php extensions from na URLs, then I added rewriting all mydomain.com/img?id=X to mydomain.com/img/X, but I have been struggling with one more thing for some time and I would appreciate any help. My website consists of many pages and the link to page number X is mydomain.com/?page=X (e.g mydomain/?page=3), but I want to rewrite that URLs to mydomain.com/page/X

which should remove single.php?title= from url and replace the 20% by slash and it work corrctly.

You are asking in the .htaccess the url of your current page.
So yourwebsite.com/home will be yourwebsite.com/home/home

Unable to rewrite the url with multiple condition

i need following url to be changed as

etc. these all pages under same folder. i had the following code.first one works.but if try to rewrite according to second condition it doesnt work. Anybody please help me.Am not an expert in this area. please correct me if there is any errors.

Remove .php from URL - Specific case

This is my .htaccess file, everything works so far but I can't manage to remove .php extension from files, every code that I tried from other answers just threw 500 or 404 error. Please advise where and what to add. Structure of the folders is localhost/myfolder/somefile.php

Removing extension, say; php or html in browser will let browser find it a little bit more effort to find the source file. if you need it so, this follows may help you:
