Add dynamic inputs and insert data to MySQL using PHP - php

I have a form which has inputs and there is a link called 'Add New Rows' that adds the same row underneath to insert more data if its needed with a remove Row Option. And when i click save button it should save the form with the data already having and the data which i added with Add New Rows. I tried different ways to achieve it, but nothing is working out. Iam putting the form.php page and save.php page.

How to use nl2br to fetch data of textarea using php?

I am new in php. I have a web form. In which i use textarea. I have another PHP page where I display data from db and applying CRUD operation. Now here is the problem when I click on Edit button my all form data has been fetched from db but the formatting of textarea Text has been changed. It shows \r\r\r\n I use nl2br but its not working. I want to display my data in same formating.

You should change your php echo code as you dont need to include the !empty verification. If you do then you will have to create that before you echo the textbox. I suggest you change your code to this:

Upon inserting to the database, apply the nl2br - as you are likely to be presenting that data as text on a page more often than an textarea.

Where $mysql is the mysqli database connection
Disclaimer As Bartdude mentioned, this is not especially good practice, since the information in the database should be as free from tags as possible - however, if this data is to be used in HTML pages only, then this solution should work.
Then when returning the data to a textarea, simply remove the <br> tags, the newline characters will be there anyway and should be interpreted by the browser correctly.

Create barcode reader using AJAX in PHP

I'm trying to build an application using php. in "stock_out.php", i wanna create a form that include two barcodes. I have 8 fields. (1)Effectivedate,(2)Partnumber,(3)Description1,(4)Description2,(5)NPK,(6)Nama,(7)QtyOut,(8)Reason. I wanna using barcode-reader in "Partnumber" and "NPK".
I have some problems:
1. When i press enter, it's respon for button submit.
2. Actually, when i press enter in Partnumber, i want show details data in "description1" and "description2". As well as in NPK, i want show details data in "nama"
3. In the end of form, i still want to submit this form into database.
I'm newbie in AJAX, so i still don't know how to implementation AJAX in PHP. This is my code, I am grateful for the help

You will have to prevent the response of the "Enter"-key. If you are using jquery in your project you can prevent it with this code:

Form Loop Error

I have a form which loops if the value indicated is less than or equal the number of 'enrollee's needed. The while loop works perfectly with one exception, I use DOB fields which ALSO use FOR loops to display their values. If I remove the DOB fields, the form loop works fine, when left in, it errors out. Any ideas?

You are using $i in your while loop, and in all of your for loops. You need to change it to something else.
That is probably causing you some problems (not to mention it being terribly hard to understand)
