here is my code:
<?php
define("ZDAPIKEY", "MYTOKEN");
define("ZDUSER", "MYUSER");
$lauchnfunction = curlWrap();
/* Note: do not put a trailing slash at the end of v2 */
function curlWrap()
{
$ch = curl_init();
$url = "https://cubber.zendesk.com/api/v2/tickets/recent.json";
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION, true);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_MAXREDIRS, 10 );
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL, $url);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_USERPWD, ZDUSER."/token:".ZDAPIKEY);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_CUSTOMREQUEST, "GET");
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER, array('Content-type: application/json'));
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_USERAGENT, "MozillaXYZ/1.0");
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, true);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_TIMEOUT, 10);
$output = curl_exec($ch);
curl_close($ch);
$decoded = json_decode($output);
return $decoded;
$data = curlWrap("/tickets/recent.json", null, "GET");
var_dump($data);
}
?>
of course i replace MYTOKEN and MYUSER with my real value

I have searched many previous posts here, and nothing seems to work with my issue. In a nutshell, I am looking to include a PHP variable in the following code. This code below works as it is hardcoded, but I get an error when I replace the word MAYIAHH with a variable $hid (which has been declared).
I have tried CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS and all sorts, but nothing seems to help. Any ideas, please?
function send_request($xml)
{
$ch = curl_init();
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL,
'https://rest.reserve-online.net/availability?properties=MAYIAHH');
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_USERPWD, "uname:pass");
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HTTPAUTH, CURLAUTH_BASIC);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, false);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT, 10);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, 1);
$result = curl_exec($ch);
curl_close($ch);
return $result;
}
Have you tried to concat the url string?
$hid = 'MAYIAHH';
$url = 'https://rest.reserve-online.net/availability?properties='.$hid;
$ch = curl_init();
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL, $url);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_USERPWD, "uname:pass");
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HTTPAUTH, CURLAUTH_BASIC);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, false);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT, 10);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, 1);
$result = curl_exec($ch);
curl_close($ch);
return $result;
not getting response using curl. I have put all solution but did not get response.
$ch = curl_init();
$header = array('api_key:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx','Content-Type: application/json');
curl_setopt($curl, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, 0);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_VERBOSE, 1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HEADER, 1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL, $url);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER, $header);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_CUSTOMREQUEST, $method);
if($postdata!=""){
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POST, 1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS, $postdata);
}
$response = curl_exec($ch);
curl_close($ch);
$result = json_decode($response,true);
print_r($result); // not display result
this example not displaying any result but it send to specific place.
Add this in your code and then check.
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, true);
For your used-case you have to change your code.
$ch = curl_init();
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL,"https://api.nhs.uk/organisations/FNM60");
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, true);
$response = curl_exec($ch);
curl_close($ch);
$result = json_decode($response,true);
print_r($result);
here we are getting response without echo on the top of the page but we don't need to that type of out put so we have disabled using span tag.
echo "<span style='display:none;'>"; //to hide the curl response
$ch = curl_init();
$header = array('api_key:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx','Content-Type: application/json');
curl_setopt($curl, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, true);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_VERBOSE, 1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HEADER, 1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL, $url);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER, $header);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_CUSTOMREQUEST, $method);
if($postdata!=""){
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POST, 1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS, $postdata);
}
$response = curl_exec($ch);
$info = curl_getinfo($ch);
$responseBody = json_decode($response);
print_r($responseBody);
echo $response; // display 1(one)
curl_close($ch);
echo "</span>";
and result is : 1

$data = json_encode($data);
$submit_url = "https://us10.api.mailchimp.com/2.0/reports/opened.json";
$ch = curl_init();
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL, $submit_url);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, true);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POST, true);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS, $data);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_USERAGENT, 'MailChimp-PHP/2.0.6');
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POST, true);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER, array('Content-Type: application/json'));
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HEADER, false);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, true);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT, 30);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_TIMEOUT, 600);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, false);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_VERBOSE, true);

curl_close ($ch);
$info = json_decode(json_encode(json_decode($result)), true);
print_r($info);

var_dump($info);
echo '</pre>';
}
How to know if the key is valid or not. Any suggestions?
Make a request. If the request works, the key is valid. In v2.0, you can use the /2.0/helper/ping endpoint. In 3.0, the root (/3.0/) is similar.
Im posting some XML to a webservice, the code I have written works in all other cases just not in this instance.
This is my code;
$ch = curl_init();
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS, $string);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_ENCODING,'gzip');
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL, $url);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HTTPAUTH, CURLAUTH_ANY);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, false);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYHOST,1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, true);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_TIMEOUT, 45);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HEADER, false);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_FRESH_CONNECT, 1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POST, true);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER, array("Content-Type: text/xml"));
$result = curl_exec($ch);
curl_close($ch);
return $result;
It keeps returning a 500 internal server error which is the same as if you go direct to the url so it's like the POST data isn't being sent. But I haven't check the content length and it seems to be..
Any Ideas?
try just this
$ch = curl_init($url);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POST, 1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS, $xml_string); // NOTE used $xml_string to indicate its just a text string of XML format
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, 1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_NOPROGRESS, 0);
$result = curl_exec($ch);
curl_close($ch);
I try to login in a site which has a combined login.
The redirect to this site works fine and the redirect back as well ... but only if I stop the PHP programm with die(). Unfortunately it is not stored in $return, which I would need to proceed.
Any ideas, what I am doing wrong? Much appreciated!

There was a problem with javascript. It stucked on an 'in-between'-page and I had to make another curl request to get to the right page.
Now it is working fine!
