.htaccess url changes when accessing from non www - php

I have this on my .htaccess

from my knowledge this will pass all the arguments to $_GET['url'] and force my url to www.
but when i access the url to
http://www.example.net/user/login
it works perfectly but when i remove the "www." the url become like this
http://www.example.net/index.php?url=user/login

Conflicting multiple redirect rules in htaccess

I want to redirect the site ip to my site https as well as i want to redirect the non-www urls to www urls. i have written these two rules but they are conflicting. Here is my cade :

Also keep redirect rules before rewrite ones.

.htaccess rewrite not working 301redirect

I have the following code in my .htaccess to rewrite the username.

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /profile.php?username=$1 [L]
</IfModule>
So this is the original url:
www.domain.com/profile.php?username='Mike'
Into this:
www.domain.com/Mike
Now I have another rewrite rule for www 301 redirect.
This also works great except when I'm at wwww.domain.com/Mike and I delete the 'www' and this is what I'm getting in my url:
www.domain.com/profile.php?username=Mike
My question is why im not getting the same url:(www.domain.com/Mike) after deleting 'www'?

how to change url structure with 301 code q2a

I have a problem with duplicate contents in search engine .
I can access a page in q2a web site using both of these url's !
http://www.domain.com/index.php?qa=1306&qa_1=title
http://www.domain.com/1306/title
I want to redirect the first one to second 1 how ca I do it ?
I tried codes in these page and other things too but none of them works :(

htaccess - add www & remove index.php

I have my current htaccess as:

when I go to to abc.com, it redirects properly to www.abc.com which is good.
However, if I go to abc.com/about - it redirects to abc.com/index.php?load=about, I want it to redirect to www.abc.com/about.
