I am using a CMS where adding page content is easy:

But what about when I want to add and control smaller bits? For example, employee bio's on a company team page. http://get-simple.info/start/team/
In HTML I would do something like:

I'm interested in solving this problem, since I can't figure out what to do. I made a fade in/out text under menu for mobile version to show some information, but since the code has to be between two HR lines I added the code to layout.php file, and now I can't put that on 3 other languages because it's on German.

This is the code for that fade In/Out effect and changing from one to another, I managed to do that with nth-child selector, nothing hard...
My web site has 4 languages, but every language has 2 web sites that are different. I'm not using any framework just bare code. I've tried searching for anything that would be connected to that HR line so I could add manually on every site another line and that text between them, but there is none because it uses layout.php to show that line.

So, I would like to hear an idea that would resolve this issue, like making a different layout.php for every language or something like that and how would that be possible. I know that this code probably doesn't have anything to do with the problem, but I'm in a hurry and just tried to copy at least something... Thanks in advance :D
I am completely not sure if I know what you mean but it may be helpful info.
If you want to include different files on the same page depended on language - you can set cookie with info about chosen language and then, based on that, load proper layout.php file for it.
You can also make all language versions in one layout.php file, include it in proper place and make if statement checking which content should get displayed (inside that layout.php file) - also based on value of COOKIE.
Instead of cookie, you can also use $_SESSION but that may not work on the way you really want (according to my understanding of your problem).
Is there a way to simplify the single.php without using all the woocommerce template part files?
I wanted to create a very simple loop for the products and apply them exactly to the layout I created. But with all the loop parts from Woocommerce, makes this task a bit difficult.
What I want is something that respects the following structure:

In my project's homepage there must be some images, these must link to other pages. Now, I want to manage these links in an automatic way using PHP. The only idea I came up with is to make a form and insert the images into some buttons and make their background invisible.

I do not understand exactly what you are asking, but I cannot leave comments so I will try to answer what I think you are asking.
For the HTML part, you don't need a form with buttons, you can make hyperlinks out of the images instead, and the PHP can get the images to match the hyperlinks when it sends the page to your users browser. The PHP code would look like:

Where $newPageLink is a variable in your PHP script that holds the path information for your hyperlink, and $imageLocation is the path information for where the image is stored.
All you need is a foreach or while loop to go through all of the images that you want on the page and also all of the pages that each image should link to. If it is always a manageable and unchanging list, you could store the values in an array in your script. For larger lists, or lists that are dynamic/always changing you might need to use a MySQL database table to store the image and hyperlink information.
Okay, so I'm developing a site in wordpress and I have two file templates "Default Template" and "Shop" in both templates I have;

Now these breadcrumbs display properly if it is in the 'default template' like this;
But on the shop page display like this and I have no idea why as they're both including the same file;
now I'm not sure if this would affect much of it but I am also using WooCommerce.

It's definitely a css issue. Something is overriding the styling on that shop page. Use firebug to diagnose the breadcrumbs. Or provide a link so I can look at it. But Firebug will show you the ul styling right on the breadcrumbs and you can A/B between the default and the shop template. Should be an easy fix with the CSS

I have a Symfony 1.4 project. As you know the Template layout is defined independently, in the apps' templates' folder and then it is universally applied to all other templates. My layout is very simple, something like this:

$sf_content, as most symfonians would know, essentially spits out the template for whatever web page is being viewed at the moment. If I needed some specific data for my header, such as logout, logo etc, I would simply include it within my header. THis works great because it is static in nature. The challenge I am facing is how I can include data that is dynamic in nature and specific to a page within the header tag because the UI demands that I include it there.
For instance, one of my webpages requires user specific data to be loaded in a dropdown/select menu. This is dynamic and could range from 0 to 100 and is specific to each user. To create this dropdown menu is not an issue, and I already have that part done. The challenge is, how do I load it in the header, given that my data becomes part of $sf_content and that is spit out in my content div.
Is there a way for me to move a specific part of my $sf_content into the header div ?
In your actions.php:

Slots work for this. They can either be set in the action as in the first answer above or you can define them in the templates themselves. This is what I've done where I have dynamic data to define for the layout.
In your example:

In the templates you would define the following:
<?php slot('some slot name')?>
//your code goes here

When the layout is then rendered Symfony will place the code between the slot() and end_slot() into the point at which you defined by using include_slot().
For ease I created a global partial that is included in all templates that defines the various common slots used through out the application. There is more info on slots and their usage here
