Iam going to scraper 4 website using Laravel and Goutte .
number of url(s) are 900 and I don't have any idea, how to send url(s)
(I wrote crawler code and don't have any question about this)
but I don't know How to send url(s)?
Must I use queue or cronJob or ... ?
Do you recognize any package or tool or idea ? I don't have any idea to send 900 urls, 5 times in a day

If you wrote crawl code for websites, you can separate the links and store in CSV format file. You should write another script that enable to read with an exact numbers of these urls in CSV file and send you back. It's very easy in Ruby with open.csv library.

I am trying to use the plesk api in order to use some of its data to a web application and more specifically the data usage and the permitted storage.
I found this article but I wasn't able to find some php code on how I ll retrieve and display the data. Any guidance would be highly appreciated.
Have you checked https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/17.0/api-rpc/creating-client-software/sending-request-packets.28727/?
It shows how to create requests and next page shows response structure.
PHP examples are at https://github.com/plesk/api-examples/tree/master/php.
To display data you will have to parse the xml result first. You can use SimpleXML to do this.

Is it possible to develop a system in codeigniter that is capable of receiving reply of emails as well.
Actually I want to develop email receiving feature in codeigniter .
Please guide with complete detail considering me at beiginner level.

This involves developing a mail client application. Maybe you will search the web where you will find some open source application that you then should integrate with codeigniter.
Her is a video which can help you to get started:

I am creating a football transfer site and i want to know how to extract particular pieces of data from a site and insert it into mine. For example, this site : http://www.footballtransferleague.co.uk/football_rumours.aspx , shows you transfer rumours and I want to insert them into my site however they update every 24 hours so I want the new data to appear on my site aswell.
Im not asking for any code, just some tips or videos that can be used to learn about this.
Before anyone says this is illegal, football rumours are considered as 'facts' hence available to reuse.
thanks in advance !
Try with this tool. It downloads the pages with the code that is only translated like html, js and sometimes php. i don't know if it works with .asp .aspx.

I am trying to have users upload on imagine on the app I am developing for a class with Swift and posting it to my MySQL database with PHP but have no idea how to do this. I cannot find any sort of source code online for this and am at a loss for trying this myself.
Does anybody know how to do this?
Though you can technically store images in a MySQL database, it's really bad practice.
Instead, you'll want to store the file in a disk directory. Since this is a broad question with an almost limitless amount of ways you could achieve your goal, here's one suggestion:
Send the file as POST data to your server.
Store the file using PHP.

I've succeed to install Zend Developer Tools and get it work , but i have an issue is the queries called using Ajax doesn't show in the bar.is that a way to fix that ?
You can use Zend Studio. This is a great tool to develop in using ZF. Here is a link Alternatively you can check browser console window to check how long a request takes but this will not show actual db interaction time. For that you have to calculate time on your own and return with the request. And then you can console.log that response.
