I have bought a listing theme from AIT-club featured with a built membership subscription plan; the theme provides expiration dates per days only. I then look for a registration plugins which provide membership plans per days, weeks, months and years different from those of the theme. Both theme and plugins create subscription plans based on Users roles; users roles are created by the theme, but they can be seen by the plugins too when creating a subscription plan. The plugins does not overwrite the subscription plans created by the theme. That is what I want.
After that I got an idea of just customising the theme's expiration dates and use the plugins for registration/login and receiving payments.
However, I am still not sure if the above solution is going to work well together, in particular when users need to renew their subscription as there is no link between them if users pay via the plugins' payment options.
The second solution is I may need to integrate both the theme's expiration dates and payment options (paypal, paypal recurring and stripe, etc.) with those of plugins?
Could you please give me an idea of which one should work?

I am trying to search if there is any pre built plugin or I need to make it from scratch
Please bear with me as I am new to Wordpress.
I have a base site that allows the purchase of products using unique platform currency.
Users can register on the website, but if they want to purchase any of the content, they first need to purchase credits.
I have a Wordpress site that utilises a WooCommerce store (StoreFront), where these credits can be purchased. Once the user purchases credits on the Wordpress site, the amount of credits purchased is written to the base site database.
On the Wordpress site, there is an account management page that allows users to track orders, information, and more. They can also add cards to checkout quickly.
Is there a way to link the account registration on the base site and the Wordpress site. I want the users to be able to have the benefit of both modules, without having to register twice.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
I am using Woocommerce Subscription plugin.
I have two types of plans right now.
1. Is paid
2. Free
When user registers on my site, I want every user to show default free membership subscribed to that account in beginning until it upgrades manually later.
Is there any Hook which I can use?
I have tried checking in Plugin settings but I didn't find anywhere if I can set a subscription plan 'as default'.
The solution is to create an order, then create a subscription, link the order to the subscription using WooCommerce classes. Below is the link where I found my answer:

The response given by Jeremy Warne worked for my website's logical flow.
I am trying to create a cryptocurrency multi-vendor store based on WooCommerce.
I have plugins from https://www.dashed-slug.net that allow to deposit, withdraw, move coins within accounts and etc. & I also have "YITH WOOCOMMERCE MULTI VENDOR Premium" plugin (it also has a free version) - https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-product-vendors/.
Everything would seem to be working (sellers get their cryptocurrency addresses, can move funds within other wallets & etc). However, the problem appears when let's say a seller posts an item for sale. Buyer comes and pays with the cryptocurrency. Thing is that cryptocurrency somwhy goes to the Administrator account, not the Vendor (Seller) account and stays there. Or for example if I try to buy "Seller's" item with the Administrator account - it tells "You cannot send funds to yourself".
Dashed-slug creator told me that there should be some way to do it and referred me to https://wallets-phpdoc.dashed-slug.net/classes/Dashed_Slug_Wallets_PHP_API.html#method_api_move_action
However, my WordPress / PHP / WooCommerce knowledge is too weak.
Can anyone help me with this?

Does anyone know about manage subscription request is done?
I'm not aware of an out-of-the box solution/module to do what you're asking, but it should be relitivaly straight froward with a combination of modules.
You can control access using core roles. Define the roles and access you want them to have.
You could assign and remove roles using the Rules module.
Adding custom fields to nodes is straight forward and can be achived in the UI by going to Structure > Content Types > {Your content type} > manage fields.
As for ecom, and a turnkey solution, you could look at Commerce License, or Commerce subscription products
