Email before download, fill form once download document - php

The warning on point 5 of downloads page is a plugin error. I did log a support ticket about this but it has not had a response - https://wordpress.org/support/topic/email-before-download-error-php/
I use a Email before download plugin, Contact form 7 plugin.
We need a popup form to appear when you click a download button (it is doing this now). but then if you want to download a 2nd or 3rd document in the same session, you shouldn’t have to fill out the form again as all the details will be the same and it would be very annoying to the customer so the user should be allowed to download as many documents as they want, after entering the details after the first download.
How do I do this?

WordPress - passing form values to a download manager

CONTEXT
We are creating a Wordpress site that allows users to log-in, select a resource, fill out a form, and then download a PDF that is stamped with the information filled out on the form. We are currently using the Wordpress Content Manager plugin on a Genesis child theme to manage downloads. This plugin has the functionality to control access to files, make a download button conditional on filling out a form and stamp a PDF with static information about the user. The workflow should look like this:
User selects resource from a list
User is taken to a form and fills it out
On form submission, user is taken to a download page where a download link for this resource's PDF is available
The PDF is downloaded, stamped with information that the user filled out on the form in the previous step.
PROBLEM
We would like to pass information from the form to the PDF stamper. However, there is not native functionality that allows this. The plugin is limited to stamping information that is in the user's profile. We are wondering what the simplest way of passing data from a form back to the plugin might be.

Emailing fillable PDF form on submition

I have a fillable PDF form, and when the user fills out the form and presses submit button I would like that WHOLE PDF (not just the filled fields) to be sent to a specific email address.
There were a few questions discussing a similar weather it is possible or not, the answer is YES it is doable.
Now the question is what are the steps to create such a submit button?
In other words - on submit I want a filled PDF to be sent to a admin's email address.
Set the option in the Submit action of the form to send the whole document.
Note that your users will need Acrobat (any version), or Reader XI or newer. To serve older Reader versions, you would have to assign Extended Rights using Acrobat (Save as other… --> Reader enhanced PDF).

Submitting a form on a live webpage with PHP

I'm trying to find a way for PHP to press the "submit" button on a PHP form on a live webpage.
I need to do this as I am unsure as towards what data is send through this form, as it is a post form and the API is closed source.
Is there anyway to send a jQuery like click command to a live webpage through PHP at all?
Nothing needs to be retrieved from this form, only needs to have pressed the button correctly.
EDIT
More context:
Yes, the site is 3rd party (this is why I can't simply look up something on any API documentation), the program is downloading a gallery of images through the in-site gallery archiver. Previously the URL for this gallery's archive was stored on a simple popup window page's source. Now however you must confirm it first the page reloads (after a form submits through POST) onto the same page (archiver.php) and the download starts. This reloaded page contains the URL of the file. Nothing is submitted beyond the users confirmation to the download manually, perhaps something in the back end is sent upon this, I don't know.
EDIT 2
I've fixed this by figuring out what the form submits.
I think it is not possible to click a button on another page with php or jquery.
But you can analyse the form and find out the destination URL and send a own request. If it is GET it should look like this: myhomepage.com?id=1&name=foo&password=hello123
you have to use jQuery or javaScript For pressing submit button on live page dynamically. PHP is server side script and from is client side so its not possible. but if you want to read data from live webpage than you have to use cURL or file_get content

How to set up a feedback form

I am trying to make a feedback form for a website. From what i have read i need a database and such. I was wondering if there is a way to do this without a database. I want the form to have a your name feild, a your e-mail field, and a your message field, i have tried lots of other feedback forms on the internet but none worked. I don't have a very good computer so i can't make a web server or a database all i have is the websites domain. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I want the message to be sent to my Hotmail account.
You need not have to complicate yourself. Just use google forms.

Create a form from your Drive:
Click the red Create button, then Form.
In the form template that opens, you can add any questions you'd like. You can also organize your form by adding headers and dividing your form into several
pages. Learn more about editing your form.
If you’d like those who
complete your form to see a progress bar indicating how much of your
form they’ve completed, check the box labeled “Show progress bar at
the bottom of form pages.”
Create a form from a Google spreadsheet:
While working with a spreadsheet, click the Insert menu and select Form.
A message will display at the top of the page notifying you that a new form has been created.
Click Add questions here to begin editing your form, or Dismiss to get rid of this message and continue editing your spreadsheet. (Note: If you dismiss this message, you can edit your form at any time by selecting the Form menu and clicking Edit form.)
After creating a form from a Google spreadsheet, you’ll notice a new tab at the bottom of your spreadsheet labeled “Form responses.” As you might have guessed, this is where responses to your form will be added.
You can also send a mail to yourself when you get any responses.

Display form values in a to pdf document

i created a system using php..
on my system..there is a form...in that form has a submit button and view in pdf button ..
so my question is how to transform my php form into pdf form..user can view the form in pdf format even he did not submit the form yet and the details that he enter is appear in the pdf format form..please help me..
You'll need to create the form in Acrobat Pro, PDFpen Pro, FoxIt Reader (with appropriate add-ons), etc. In doing that, you can include a form control button that submits the form values to a URL as POST. Write a PHP script to receive that POST similar to an HTML form POST, and you're good to go.
From there, you just post the PDF to your site and let the visitor's PDF tools do the rest.
Note that form validation is also handled in-PDF. The tool you use to create the form will include a bunch of ready-to-go validations you can use (e.g., phone number or social security number), and if something's missing, you can incorporate JavaScript. Note that the JS runs in the PDF reader, not the browser, so it'll work even if the user has JS turned off.
