.htaccess issue with Drupal theme installation - php

I am trying to install a new theme on drupal. But the installation page is giving me access denied.
I am logging in as administrator and pretty sure that drupal is unable to see the token params at the end of URL.
URL examples "http://example.com/admin/appearance/install?token=GFPzvQ3wZfTokLvxn5NyTS0ed76-6c0JKqgEYECh5EY"

RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://mydomain.ma/$1 [R,L]

Symfony route collision with folder in /web

So, when defining a route in symfony (3) like this:
app:
path: /app
defaults:
_controller: WebsiteBundle:App:index
And there happens to be a folder named app (containing assets like JS, images, etc.) inside your web folder this route stops working in a production environment. It just redirects to /web/app/ and then throws a 404. When serving through the console on localhost this works fine since all routing happens in PHP by magix, but when using apache this seems to go wrong.
I think these two lines /web/.htaccess are breaking everything, but I'm not sure. I'm not a master of .htaccess and I always copy-paste the magic I find online (or provided by the default symfony build).
RewriteCond %{ENV:REDIRECT_STATUS} ^$
RewriteRule ^app\.php(?:/(.*)|$) %{ENV:BASE}/$1 [R=301,L]
In this particular case I could solve it by just running the /app route on / instead, but for future reference an answer to this riddle might come in handy.
Thanks in advance, y'all crazy smart people out there.

Redirect loop with Cloudflare on Drupal website

I have problems recently after enabling Cloudflare on my Drupal website.
After few minutes working on my website, I get redirect loop Cloudflare 521 error page, telling me that web server is down, after a couple of seconds I get my site working. This happens really often, I need help.
I have searched a lot about this, and I have done already several things:
-I set SSL settings to Full(Strict) on cloudflare settings,
-Added page rules on cloudflare,
-SSL is enabled already on the server,
Also, I added these lines in .htaccess file:
# Redirect to HTTPS
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteCond %{HTTP:X-Forwarded-Proto} !https
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]
to redirect everything automatically to https.
This problem appears whether I am on https or http version of my website.
I'm quite a beginner with this.
EDIT I have also cleared Drupal, Cloudflare and browser's cache (Chrome, Firefox, Opera are tested), updated database also just in case. Still nothing.
use below code.
RewriteRule ^ - [E=protossl]
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} on
RewriteRule ^ - [E=protossl:s]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !=/favicon.ico

Don't redirect non-www to www if url contain some string

I tried to add RewriteConds to my htaccess for redirecing from non-www to www for all requests exept, if url contain mobile_api string:
Example
if enter http://example.com/some_url it will redirect to http://www.example.com/some_url
But if enter http://example.com/mobile_api/some_url then it need to open page without www - http://example.com/mobile_api/some_url
In htaccess I added
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} .
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\. [NC]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/mobile_api [NC]
RewriteRule ^ http%{ENV:protossl}://www.%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]
Everything work normally without mobile_api, but if go to http://example.com/mobile_api/some_url then it redirects me to home page.
Whats wrong?
Thanks!
Full htaccess.

Wamp Sever: Only loads the home page, Triggers 404 Error

I downloaded and installed Wamp, but I am having issue with exploring the rest of the site. It goes to the home page but throws out a 404 error when trying to explore other area's of the site.
I have a .htaccess file. I had mod_rewrite on, on both appache and in my .htaccess file. So what is causing this issue?
