i have a problem with my code, it's supposed to store the pdf file in the server and then send it as an attachment in an e-mail to the client automatically, here is the code :

Several things wrong here. This combination will not work:
$mail->SMTPSecure = PHPMailer::ENCRYPTION_STARTTLS;
$mail->Port = 465;
Change Port to 587 to use that encryption mode, or change encryption mode to PHPMailer::ENCRYPTION_SMTPS to work with port 465.
This line is meaningless:
$file = $html2pdf>Output('/home/itscoma/public_html/components/'.$fileName,'F');
because you're missing a -, it should be $html2pdf->Output.
Next, what does that method return? What do you get in $file? If it's not the path to the saved file (which you already know anyway), then passing it to addAttachment is not going to do anything useful. It would be a good idea to check that this call actually works – at the moment you're just assuming it does.
You would know this if you checked the return value from addAttachment(), but you're not so you don't know that it's failing.
I suggest trying this:

It appears to be sending to multiple emails. What I believe is happening is that in the while loop each new customers address is added to the list without clearing it. What doesnt seem to be happening though is the message does not seem to be duplicated? Wouldn't that duplicate at as well with each pass in the loop?
In any case I think the best thing to do before the try is:
$mail = new PHPMailer(true);
so that with each pass of the while loop the $mail object would be instantiated again. Is that proper? I know that the clearAllRecipients() function exists but i also want to be sure the body is cleaned as well.
it looks like your looping through an array of $tracked. Why not use a foreach loop? Then you don't need to use a counter.

It's because addAddress() does exactly what its name suggests; it adds an address that a message will be sent to. It doesn't set the addresses a message will be sent to.
Unsurprisingly there is a method that allows you to clear the list of addresses, called clearAddresses(), so just call that at the end of your sending loop after send() and your issue will be solved.
I'd also recommend that you base your code on the mailing list example provided with PHPMailer as it will be much faster than the code you have here. Also read the docs on sending to listshttps://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Sending-to-lists) for furtehr advice.
I have php code that loops through client emails and sends them reports using PHPMailer. When run in a browser, it works perfectly. I created a cron job that is able to open and run the php file. However when the cron job runs, the first email is sent but the program stops sending emails. After testing I realized after the first email is sent, the rest of the code stops working and it never loops through to the next 'while' condition.
cron job used (which does open and run the file):

1.Makesure that you have php_openssl.dll installed(else find it online and install it);
2.Go to your php.ini; find extension=php_openssl.dll enable it/uncomment
3.Go to github and downland the latetest version :6.0 at this time.
4.Extract the master copy into the path that works better for you(I recommend the same directory as the calling file)

Doesn't sound like all the files needed to use that class are present. I would start over:

Composer makes getting third-party libraries a LOT easier and using a single autoloader for all of them. It also standardizes on where all your dependencies are located, along with some automatization capabilities.

Delete your C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\php\PHPMailer\ directory.
Use composer.phar to get the phpmailer package using the command line to execute

php composer.phar require phpmailer/phpmailer
After it is finished it will create a C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\php\vendor directory along with all of the phpmailer files and generate an autoloader.
Next in your main project configuration file you need to include the autoload file.

Just from reading what you have written, you will need to add the file class.phpmailer.php to your directory as well.
PHPMailerAutoload needs to be in the same folder as class.phpmailer.php

I resolved error copying the files class.phpmailer.php , class.smtp.php to the folder where the file is PHPMailerAutoload.php, of course there should be the file that we will use to send the email.
