I am working on designing my WordPress based website.
I want to design it as per the following page -
https://www.stanseatonphotography.co.uk/weddings/weddings-gallery/
If you go inside any album, you will see that all the pictures are arranged in row-wise and if you click any picture, the picture will open in full-screen and slider feature will be enabled. I am looking for the same album gallery plugin.
Do you know what is it?
You can use Gallery Lightbox Plugin
This link will guide you through the installation bit.

I have a website on WordPress using the Divi theme builder. This website has 3 post types (Bronze - Silver - Gold). The difference between each post type is the maximum number the user can upload images for his post. I am using Divi theme builder, Divi Engine and DiviFlash, and MemberPress. So, I want a plugin that limits the number of images in each post type.
And it would be better if it was compatible with Divi.
If there was no plugin that statisfy my request, I may ask you to write for me a code that does this function and I can add it to theme.php file.
I want the Plugin to limit the number of photos that the user can upload but it needs to be different for each post type.

Thanks in advance.
You can use this plugin
WP Splash Page is a useful plugin if you wish a splash page in your WordPress site. In a easy way you can set up the plugin by choosing the text color or the background image among other things. It also provides you with some important features like age validation. Bots can't see the splash page. Instead, they go directly to the original page. By this way you won't lose ranking and visibility in search engines.

Please can one of you Wordpress or PHP gurus tell me what plugin this site is using for the photo albums - I desperately need one just like this - with password protection. I actually want it for a Joomla site, but figured if I can find out what this one is, I might be able to mod it to work with Joomla.

Thanks in advance for any help.
Rob.
The two plugins I have detected on this website are 'Ultimate Social Media and Share Icons (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest etc.)' and 'MailChimp for WP'.
That would lead me to believe that it is most likely built into the theme, whatever that page is using. The theme is ePhoto, found here but it also looks like eGallery found here.

I want to implement smooth scrolling on my web page. I'm not sure how to do it, either by overriding normal mouse scrolling or maybe there's another way. What I want to achieve is shown e.g. here. Try to scroll through the page.
The site you mention is using this plugin for smooth scrolling:
https://gist.github.com/rennan/5ec8a11302d45cd757e8
If you want the same scrolling results, I recommend using the same plugin instead of building your own version.

I'd like to have ability to resize pictures on my site.
Algorithm:
You upload an image to site. (grey)
That image appears in orange part.
Red part - is a rectangular, with help of which we can choose which part of image to show in preview_zone.
After I choose right zone, I press OK and data(resize zone) uploads to server.
Server crops image with PHP.
Maybe you could find any articles, how to do it, or sites with such api.
Or do it by yourselves.
I would be very gratefule for your help.
You should check out JCrop jQuery image cropping plugin:
