How to insert multiple select input with same name

Is there any way to insert multiple value with same input name? My problem is that I am receiving multiple values.
<div class="giftcard box">
<select name="price" id="colorselector2" style="width:150px;">
<option value="">Select Gift Card Price</option>
#foreach($productDetails->giftattributes as $price)
<option value="{{$price->price}}">$ {{$price->price}}</option>
#endforeach
</select>
</div>
<div class="giftcertificate box">
<select name="price" id="colorselector" style="width:150px;">
<option value="">Select Gift Certificate Price</option>
#foreach($productDetails->giftattributes as $price)
<option value="{{$price->price}}">$ {{$price->price}}</option>
#endforeach
</select>
</div>
<div class="productasgift box">
<select name="price" id="colorselector1" style="width:150px;">
<option value="">Select Product As Gift Certificate</option>
#foreach($allproduct as $allprice)
<option value="{{$allprice->price}}">$ {{$allprice->price}}</option>
#endforeach
</select>
</div>
Try by adding [] at the end of the name, in the request then all the select/input with the same name should be in an array

Pass value of html to PHP variable

I'm having some trouble passing the value of some HTML elements to PHP variable. I have a PHP web app where I give the users some drop down option. What I want to do is after the user has selected the option I give than to click on a button and make some calculations based on his/her selection.
I have tried using the POST and GET method but because I'm new to php I probably did it wrong. I also try with ids but no results.
Here is the HTML code
The 1st dropdown menu :
<div>
<select id="kleidwma" onchange="kleidwmata_change(this.value);kwdikos();ypsos();"
class="form-control selectpicker kleidwmata" data-size="10" data-
style="btn-white" name="guard_kleidwmata" required >
<option value="" > </option>
<option value="12">12 MS</option>
<option value="14">14 KETE</option>
<option value="15">15 ARRIKTON</option>
<option value="16">16 KETE</option>
<option value="22">22 KETE</option>
</select>
</div>
The 2nd dropdown menu :
<div>
<select id="sigkratisi" onchange="kwdikos()" name="sigkratisi"
class="form-control sigkratisi" required>
<option value="" ></option>
<option value="metalliki" >Μεταλλική</option>
<option value="xilogonia" >Ξυλογωνία</option>
</select>
</div>
Here is the button to be clicked after the selection has been made :
<div class="row" style="margin-top:20px; margin-left: 235px;">
<div class="col-md-7">
<input type="hidden" name="tmp_calculate" value="pending" />
<button onclick="calculate()" type="button" class="btn btn-success" >
<?php echo "Υπολογισμός";?></button>
</div>
</div>
And finally here is the function that is called :
function calculate()
{
$var1 = sigkratisi;
$var2 = kleidwma;
"code to be executed base on the var1 and var2"
}
I hope it's clear enough.
Thanks in advance for your time
you can use Forms
<form name="f" action="" method="POST">
<div>
<select id="kleidwma" name="variable"
class="form-control selectpicker kleidwmata" data-size="10" data-
style="btn-white" name="guard_kleidwmata" required >
<option value="" > </option>
<option value="12">12 MS</option>
<option value="14">14 KETE</option>
<option value="15">15 ARRIKTON</option>
<option value="16">16 KETE</option>
<option value="22">22 KETE</option>
</select>
<input type="submit" value="submit" />
</div>
</form>
in PHP
<?php
if(isset($_POST['variable']))
{
echo $_POST['variable'];
}
?>

How to get value from combobox into next url

I wonder if anyone can help my problem, in which way I can get value from combobox selection into next url by clicking so I can make it as a parameter to the pdf report.
this is my code to add some combobox :
<form method="GET">
<label class="col-sm-3 control-label">Bulan</label>
<div class="col-sm-2">
<select name="bln" class="form-control">
<option value="1">Januari</option>
<option value="2">Februari</option>
<option value="3">Maret</option>
<option value="4">April</option>
<option value="5">Mei</option>
<option value="6">Juni</option>
<option value="7">Juli</option>
<option value="8">Agustus</option>
<option value="9">September</option>
<option value="10">Oktober</option>
<option value="11">November</option>
<option value="12">Desember</option>
</select>
</div>
<br>
<br>
<label class="col-sm-3 control-label">Tahun</label>
<div class="col-sm-2">
<select name="thn" class="form-control">
<option value="2018">2018</option>
<option value="2019">2019</option>
<option value="2020">2020</option>
<option value="2021">2021</option>
<option value="2022">2022</option>
<option value="2023">2023</option>
<option value="2024">2024</option>
<option value="2025">2025</option>
</select>
</div>
</form>
<?php
if (isset($_GET['bln'])) {
$bln = $_GET['bln'];
$thn = $_GET['thn'];
}
?>
<a class="btn btn-success" href="rep-cuti-tahunan-all.php?bln="$bln"&thn="$thn"">Print</a>
so I would like to put $bln and $thn into <a class="btn btn-success" href="rep-cuti-tahunan-all.php?bln="$bln"&thn="$thn"">Print</a>
and get my report in pdf exactly according to that parameters
any suggestions?
You don't have to add it as a parameter.Just change your form like this.
<form method="GET" action ="rep-cuti-tahunan-all.php">
....
</form>
then on your php file, you fetch the selected value.
<?php
....
if (isset($_GET['bln'])) {
$bln = $_GET['bln'];
$thn = $_GET['thn'];
}
....
//Do your print method ...
?>

}
One of your conditions is falling (and because they are all bound by AND, all of the if statement fails.
Have an else statement where you var_dump all relevant variables and see what's wrong.
Sorry everyone, oversight by me, I was checking to see if the wrong variable had been posted, wouldn't have found it if it wasn't for the suggestions to add an else statement, thanks!

To combine the values dropdown boxes named month and year and combine them in the same form as a hidden field.
It's pretty hard to understand your question, and I'm not sure if it has any thing to do mysql.
It is combined as long as you have all the "input" under the same "form".
Hope that make sense.
